After submitting a request online, Bradley contacted me first thing the next morning and scheduled to come by the house later that afternoon. After explaining on the phone my problem, he communicated his suspicions of the issue and stopped by later to confirm. Turns out, the issue wasn't with my roof but a loose/leaking exhaust pipe in my attic that apparently someone had stepped on at some point in the past. Although he could not perform the repair as it was a plumbing issue, I truly appreciate the great customer service and sanity check he provided. If I ever need any work done on my roof in the future, I know who I will be calling!

Jack who was our sales/ consultant was awesome as was Teddi who is a manger. Very responsive & great at answering questions. We were able to get a great deal on a metal roof. The crew did a great job. Dedicated, friendly, & very hard working. They didn't rush but worked methodically as they should have. There was supervision when needed but they knew what they were doing. They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up. I urge anyone looking at replacing or fixing their roof to contact Jack at Indy Roofing to make sure they get a great honest estimate.

Let me first start by acknowledging that this review is of the estimate process and subsequent…read morefollow-up as I considered my options. In the end, I pursued another option thanks to a friend's connection that got me a very good deal. I contacted Watergate about some roofing issues at my home that I was aware were quite serious. I had two friends who both gave me a good reference for Watergate. One friend indicated they were they only company he'd dealt with that did not default to recommending a new roof. The other friend shared that they support Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit I also believe in. So, I contacted the company and requested an estimate. They set a date, and their employee arrived on the day and at the time that was scheduled. As I recall, his name was Max. We discussed my concerns. He did a thorough search of my concerns, and indicated he'd be contacting me soon with an estimate. He provided the estimate within the expected time-frame, which ended up being pretty rare among the estimates I did receive. He communicated well. He followed up multiple times. I will note the estimate was the second highest I received, though considerably lower than the highest. However, in their defense I felt like Watergate was really targeting solving all my concerns. They do offer a financing option. One slight customer service quirk of mine - if I e-mail you, I expect an e-mail response. Both times I e-mailed, within five minutes I got a phone call. If I wanted a phone call, I'd call. This is relatively minor, but it did bug me. It didn't bug me enough to drop a star. Overall, I was pleased here. As I noted, I ultimately opted for another choice but I was impressed by the service here. It didn't feel high pressure at all, though there was intentionality. There's a difference. I love that they work in the community. Since I have two friends who also praised them, I have to still give them a thumbs up. While I didn't choose Watergate this time, I was impressed enough that I would still call them again should future work be needed.

This week I had then put on gutter guard & it was great. Both times they showed up on time, they communicated well & their prices were fair. They are everything you would want from a home repair / maintenance company. We will use them again and will recommend. The only semi negative is when talking to the salesperson you might want them to focus on what your needs are. Like I said I will call them again.

We're an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I'd get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

The work was professionally done, and the entire area was clear of debris. Dylan was fair and honest. When we were thinking about replacing all of our decking, he explained that only part of the decking needed work, saving us thousands of dollars. The roof looks great, and I know we are safe for years to come. The painting helped to freshen up the house. It hadn't been overall painted in years. The gutters are now the standard size, and they have the leaf guards, so that I won't have to climb up and clean them out. Indianapolis Roofing was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. They answered all our questions. I cannot recommend them highly enough. You won't be disappointed. We are very pleased.

Dylan will give you an honest opinion about cost-effective options to make your house look great. He and his company are very innovative for the space, I talked to about 12 contractors in total and he pointed out several easily overlooked methods that none of the others even considered. I don't want to share all their "trade secrets" in the interest of maintaining their competitive edge, but I'll share some low-hanging fruit: I have some old gutters on my house, they are not in bad shape (other than sealing some leaks) but the fascia boards underneath them were rotting out and needed to be replaced. Every other contractor told me that these old gutters used an old style of barbed spike that would essentially require the gutter to be mangled and destroyed on removal, so they told me they would have to install new gutters... except Dylan. He pointed out that whole idea was stupid because you could just use bolt cutters on the spikes and salvage the gutter. He then also tossed me a VERY reasonable quote to paint the old gutters. Now? They look new (heck, the HOUSE looks new). THAT, in combination with several other similar suggestions, is the common sense kind of thinking that you want in any contractor. Everyone involved was timely (uncommon for contractors) and Nesha was extremely helpful and polite. I had them repair much of my siding, a rough section of my roof, and paint the house. I'll be calling them back to replace the rest of the roof in a subsequent year, and I'm already talking to them about having a couple other jobs done.
