Bone Dry came out in a timely manner and replaced our damaged gutter. They left the job sight clean and the new gutter works great!

How do I make an appointment?

It's pretty simple through Yelp, through their website, or simply calling them. I initially contacted them through their website. They were quite responsive.

We hired Two Men and a Gutter to install a wider gutter over our garage. Within a couple months,…read morethe gutter began pulling away from the house, bowing outward, leaking, and overflowing. The installation ultimately left us with a worse problem than the one we originally hired them to solve. What has been far more frustrating than the failed work, however, have been the hostile interactions and complete lack of follow through from Two Men and a Gutter. Over the past year, we have spent countless hours attempting to get this issue resolved. We have made repeated phone calls, left numerous messages, exchanged text messages, and communicated directly with company representatives. Multiple times, the company acknowledged the issue, agreed that the work was covered under warranty, confirmed our account and address, and promised to send someone out to make repairs. No one has ever shown up to even look at the damage, let alone repair it. Each time we followed up, we were given another explanation, another promise, or another timeline. Most recently, we were told someone would come out once the rain had passed. The rain passed. Nobody came. Follow-up messages have gone unanswered. That was in May 2026. To make matters worse, both my husband and I have experienced extremely hostile and aggressive communication from company representatives during our attempts to resolve this issue. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair led to them screaming at me on the phone about our review of their work costing them business. At this point, we have lost confidence that Two Men and a Gutter intends to honor its warranty or stand behind its work. We honestly don't feel safe having by them back at our house either. We will now have to hire and pay another company to correct their poor quality work. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone and would urge you to look elsewhere.

This spring, I noticed there growing out of my gutters so I paid someone else to climb on a letter and take a look sure enough there were no guards installed at all. That was six months ago and I have contacted the company several occasions and the problem still has not been rectified. Thank God, I was wise enough to have them a detailed contract on the work that was to be performed before I made payment so should get some justice from the court. The fact that I even have to take it there company that advertises a lifetime warranty on their work is asinine buyer beware.

The managers who sold the project were not onsite but 2 days to 'supervise'. The contractors on the job were awful and did shoddy work (see photos). When we addressed the concerns and issues with the management, they came over right away and swore they would fix it themselves. We were promised it would then be done in 3 more business days with the manager working on it. They did not show up again and did not reply to texts. - They hung the upper cabinets inches below the ceiling, but did not apply the trim on top before doing so. We are now stuck with a 2 inch gap between ceiling and uppers. - We have paid $750 just for the labor to repair the damaged flooring (their contractors spilled an entire bucket of PVC glue on our floor) - We lost $300 in flooring (bad contractors went through 5 boxes of brand new vinyl flooring to fix a few pieces) - We have paid $415 for a new island piece (their contracts adhered incorrectly and damaged the original) - Issues are still arising over the way the backerboard and drywall was installed, which is costing us more money with new contractors Do not hire - avoid at all costs. I am in shock that I paid for all this damage to my home ($1,500)!

We paid for installation of a shower that was never done. We paid for a shower base that was never delivered to us. We paid for drywall that was never finished. Alex Carnal the current company operator and president doesn't answer his phone. He promised me many times they would finish the job, but 6 weeks later and they have never shown up. He told me the money has disappeared and he can't pay anyone to finish the job. His girlfriend Cassi Severson is in on the con job as well. She is the one that sends over the quotes, knowing full well that they are never going to finish the job. We are actively filing lawsuits against both of them. Also, the framing was mis-measured and we ended up having to take it all down. So we are out the full $5600. We know other people that were conned as well by them. They deserve jail.

I'll be honest. I can barely think about Servants at Work, often called SAWs for short, without…read moregetting tears in my eyes. As a longtime wheelchair user myself, I'm acutely aware of just how inaccessible life can be. I'm fortunate. I'm still very able to live an active life despite a myriad of health issues. I'm very aware that others aren't quite so fortunate. SAWs is an Indianapolis-based non-profit faith-based organization dedicated to "providing freedom to people with permanent disabilities in low-income households through the construction of wheelchair ramps." The ramps always meet ADA requirements and very often are the difference between someone being able to access the community and being stuck at home. In case you're unaware, wheelchair ramps, or at least properly constructed wheelchair ramps, aren't always easy and are frequently unaffordable for those on a limited or fixed income. While there's occasionally government funding to assist, for example my own ramp at my home came via Vocational Rehabilitation, very often these programs are limited, have long waiting lists, and/or have strict qualifying guidelines. A program like Servants at Work, which is entirely devoted to building ramps, makes all the difference in the world. These are good people doing amazing things. I was familiar with SAWs long before I joined my current church, Second Presbyterian Church, a longtime sponsor and one of the groups involved in the founding of SAWs. SAWs has built ramps for more than one of my friends. They largely use volunteer crews, often from area faith communities, and the work always meets ADA guidelines. While teams are often faith-based, it's certainly not an absolute with organizations such as Elevance Health, Erie Insurance, Old National Bank, Rehab Medical, Subaru, and Salesforce all getting involved. Getting involved is usually a combination of financial support and actually working on the ramps. SAWs has now grown to the point of having hubs statewide and even affiliates in Virginia, Arizona, and Nevada. Rik Hagarty, a Second Presbyterian Church member, founded SAWs and it remains a lean organization with four paid staff (Executive Director, Program Development Manager, Accountant, and Operations Manager). Otherwise, everything happens because of the sponsors and volunteers. This is an amazing group doing amazing work for individuals with disabilities by helping to ensure they can live life as independently as possible and that they have better access to their community. In 2021, SAWs celebrated their 3,000th ramp build!
