After a storm that came through my area I needed my roof checked to make sure no shingles were gone or pulled up. The salesman Jeff who came out was friendly and informative and he did not try to sell me a new roof, he did clean out a portion of my gutters for free while he was at the house. I have not had any work done but I do need gutters completely cleaned and a gutter guard put on and the gutters bigger, so when I do have that done, I would definitely consider them for this. read more

They came out to clear an elderly friend's driveway, who had been "snowed in" for two days, and she had to get out to take her mother to the doctor! They came out a couple times checked my roof spoke with my insurance agent. The insurance didn't think that my roof needed to be replaced. It only needed to be repaired. Once they found out that it was a repair and not a complete replacement they disappeared on me. They promised to come back with a quote more than once And yet they didn't. I gave them a call when I notice some water spots on the ceiling in my kitchen. Mitch is awesome. He came out within two days of me calling to come out, take a look and inspect my roof. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He also has great communication. sent up a drone to check out my roof. The pictures were pretty high quality. He reviewed the pictures with me, and was very up front and honest. He did not pressure me into getting any work done that I did not need. He was a breathe of fresh air. So, as for my issue that I called them for, he could not give me a definite answer on what was causing the leak in my kitchen, which I respected. I would rather someone. say that they do not know than make something up and charge me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars to try and fix it. In addition to the overhang roof, the culprit could have been loose siding, a leak from the bathroom above, or a short shingle on the corner of the overhang. Mitch ended up throwing a quick piece of shingle up there to see if that would fix the issue (fingers crossed). After the inspection, Mitch told me that my roof was in good shape and years away from needing a repair. Whenever that day comes that I will need a new roof, Indy Rooftops will be the first number that I will call. I give them my highest recommendation. I know it is not everyday that you go roof shopping, but if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing a roof repair or an entirely new roof this is who you should call. read more

This is Grace. I have been very anxious these days. A few days ago, as I, who habitually climbs the attic almost every day, discovered that the ventilation pipe above my bathroom was leaking water when it rained, I was terrified. I bought foam sealant and blocked it from the inside. When my friend came over, she said that although this stops the leak temporarily, it doesn't fundamentally solve the problem; water could rot the wood, and it needs to be addressed from the roof. So I called Mr. Dan. They came and professionally inspected every potential hazard on my roof, efficiently and permanently solving the root problem. They also took a lot of photos and patiently explained why they did things in that way and how it would provide a long-term, even permanent solution. There was one area I hadn't noticed, around a window, which could have caused serious trouble if not addressed promptly. They handled it quickly as well. Throughout the entire process, they treated me, someone whose language skills are not very fluent, with the greatest kindness, enthusiasm, and care. They are as warm as friends. Their professional technical level is first-class: fast, accurate, and excellent, solving problems from a long-term perspective. I have never met technicians as professional, kind, and patient as them. This has been a wonderful experience in my life. A leak appeared in the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom this month. I got a quick investigation of the problem by sales manager Carl Smith of Indy Rooftops. He went up in the attic and identified the leaking spot from below. Three days later, after the snow was gone, he was able to climb the roof and locate the exact problem, a failed seal around a rooftop pipe vent. He sealed this for no charge.
