They are professional, have great communication, reviewed progress with me at every major milestone during installation, and built me a darned great cedar board-on-board dog-ear picket fence. The process was not without some minor bumps - I asked them to move and re-set some posts that wasn't perfectly parallel on one side of the yard (they fixed it, right then and there), and there were also some pickets where the wood started to split a couple weeks later (the foreman came out quickly and replaced all of the bad boards himself, personally). And the end-result is just amazing - all of my neighbors, and even people I don't even know, have complimented the build quality. Unquestioningly, I am absolutely impressed by the fence - it is sturdy and high quality, and is everything that I was hoping for. But what impressed me the most was the people. The price was fair and he seemed reliable, so I hired him to do the work in 3 or 4 days. Due to weather and scheduling other projects, he actually came out just 2 days later. It was fantastic to drive up to my house and see a brand-new gate. Larry and his assistant were finishing up with the post. They had to remove a patch of concrete, then pour new concrete. The new post is very sturdy. Both of them were polite and friendly. Larry said he prefers cash or cashier's checks for payment. Based on this job, I highly recommend Heartland.

Watergate Roofing responded immediately to my initial call and they were on top of it from the word, "GO". Millie came out and gave us a quote quickly and it was well below the other quotes given to us. The work Watergate Roofing did was amazing. Millie helped us every step of the way including working with our insurance, working with our bank and working with the roofing crew. The roofers were hard-working, considerate, easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. We had a few things that needed to be done following the initial job and they came out and took care of those issues in a timely manner. Our home is experiencing some heating/cooling issues in the second story and Millie went the extra mile and gave us her helping hand with that as well! This was certainly not her problem but she went above and beyond to help us try to resolve the issue. I have no problem suggesting you choose Watergate Roofing for your home! I can't say enough about Watergate Roofing and the job they did on our home. They did a complete tear off, laid some new decking and left everything as it was before they came. Everything went as smooth as possible from the initial estimate to the completed job. They also did some vinyl window wrapping on windows, fascia/soffit/gutter replacement along with some siding repair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement or even some minor cosmetic repairs that need done. Very pleasant to work with and would use them again in a heartbeat! Millie came out and took pictures of the hail and wind damage for my insurance and then came out when the insurance adjuster came to go over the damage. We're an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I'd get an estimate, and then no one would follow up. Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

Have used them 3 times. Initially for a roof repair after straight line winds caused damage to our…read moreoriginal roof. Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.
