John was friendl, knowledgeable, and asked excellent questions and shared positive outcomes they had created for customers. He shared flexible options for taking care of all my needs, willingness to work with other contractors, or if I wanted to tackle some of the work myself. I really appreciated his cost-effective proposals for completing the work. Rather than pushing to replace all my gutters, he noted with existing hail damage, he would wait for another storm or two, then file with insurance to offset costs. If not for John Oliver at Element Roofing, I am confident that not only would our roof not have been repaired correctly (it was not replaced correctly in 2007 by another company) but I believe that we would have gotten hosed by our insurance company. Element Roofing blocks any review on Google that isn't 5 stars. Ask me how I know. I posted a 1 star review on Google after Element ghosted my mom for MONTHS. They promised they would get her a new roof and help fight the insurance company for it. Their actions did not match their words. They would schedule times to come out and then no call no show. This happened MULTIPLE times. Then, they were supposed to send a report to the insurance company. As it turns out, the insurance company never received correspondence at all from Element. My mom started the process of trying to get a new roof in spring of 2023. It has been almost a year and nothing has been done. Last month, she finally received a very unprofessional email from Element claiming they were behind because the entire staff had covid and the office assistant was fired. No apology. Just weak excuses. What kind of business owner allows that type of email to be sent out? Also, why hide reviews on Google that aren't 5 stars? Absolutely shameful way to do business and I will not rest until everybody knows what these people are doing. read more

I recently used Element Roofing for a new roof replacement after some storm damage. As a first time home owner, I have never had to replace a roof or even knew how to go about doing so. I mistakenly called the insurance company first. They had someone scheduled to come out the next day. I then researched and found you should have a contractor there to be your advocate. I reached out to Jeremy at Element Roofing and he actually answered. He was able to be there with us the net day. I have to emphasize to you the great communication Jeremy displayed. After contacting several other places, I found Jeremy to be very professional, on time (even early) compared to others. We chose to proceed with Element Roofing and so glad we did. Our insurance company first denied the claim and Jeremy really fought for us and in the end resolved in our favor in a timely manor. He wore a mask even outside during the inspection and really made us feel educated during the whole process. He explained everything to us in a way we could understand and overall went above and beyond what we were expecting. I could text and email him at any point in time and always received a response quickly. As a business professional myself, I really did appreciate his availability for communication after business hours because of my job and not always able to communicate during the day. Installation was very professional. Compared to my neighbors installation, it was a breeze. They all came ready to work and did not leave the property a mess like I had seen others in our neighborhood do. The materials were dropped of and picked up in the most timely manner and we could not be happier. Jeremy made this process as smoothly as possible and really stood his ground against our insurance company. I don't think we would have been as successful without him.
