Trojan Roofing engages in deceptive business practices, beware. I needed my roof replaced due to hail damage, they worked with my insurance company to determine what all was needed, which ended up being a total re-roof. They delivered the materials almost three weeks before they could get a crew out, even though we had never signed an agreement. I kept asking for a written agreement outlining the total amount for the work, they kept delaying me, saying it wasn't necessary, they would do the work for whatever the insurance company determined the claim to be. I demanded that I have a written agreement before any work was started, so, on the day before they started their representative came to my home and wrote out an agreement on their agreement form, it outlined the full amount owed upon completion. After the work was completed they sent me an invoice for over two thousand dollars more than their agreement, even though no additional work was provided. They said, "their representative made an error on the agreement" and then came back and said "the fine print" allows them to charge more. Also, they subcontract all of the actual labor for the roofing work, their field staff is sketchy, and their office staff is unprofessional.
