Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). If something was missing he made sure our insurance made it right. When repairs were started Mr. Lee was there to make sure repairs run smoothly from beginning till the last repairs were finished. My husband & I we so excited because it was like nothing happened. Even our fur baby we excited to have his yard back. Although the timeline for completion was longer than originally stated, I know the team was battling high winds and a missed delivery from the supplier which was out of their control. For my 4-bed single family house and detached garage, all the siding and soffit work took 4.5 days. During the course of the work, Shane and team looked out for imperfections that needed to be corrected which I chose to do for a small price. Their invoice system is through Intuit Quickbooks and is very user-friendly. I'm really happy with the new color on my house, thanks!

The job was completed in one day and they left my property spotless. They even took time to answer some questions by my neighbor as well. They returned 3 times to fix last person was mgr for the installers who said Ma'am we will replace it if it leaks again. BS! August - sent new door knob, put caulk in the hole before the new knob. Sales guy stated he would be my POC if there were any concerns but like the song Go on take the money and run pathetic employees and service What kind of 5 year old makes this decision Well now it has been winter and the could air comes in around the windows and I could just leave the door open and have same protection DO NOT use Window Nation - do it yourself with Duct tape and caulk or just remove doors and windows still better off yep!

The deck is the last job now and they nailed it. We had difficult stair design we wanted and used Trex which is tricky but great stuff. Sergio knew exactly what he needed. They helped us several times with suggestions, ideas and improvements that were so helpful. We got to choose and buy our own materials and after delivery they went to work. they also helped us spec and buy all the supporting wood under the deck. They made sure it was perfect and they stand behind their work. They are quality people and they work really hard. I would definitely hire them again and I already have - multiple times!!!
