I called All Pro at 8:05 a.m. & their techs Mike & Joshua were here at 12:30. They installed the new toilet & were finished within an hour & a half. In spite of it continously raining while they were here, they left no foot prints or water across my kitchen or bathroom floors. Everything was neat & tidy when they left, I cant speak highly enough of the folks at All Pro. Polite, personable & doing whatever they can to help solve your problem as soon as possible. They are absolutely the first ones I would call for any kind of plumbing repairs.

Barry found the problem right away and explained that at least one of the elements was burnt out and he was not sure he could get another one. He drove several miles into Marion and went to several stores and found 2 new elements and was back to our house in about an hour and had everything repaired and working in a half hour. I treat each company that comes out with respect; we discuss the various aspects of the job and how the job will be performed. Ultimately, we end up in salary (project cost) discussions. COMMUNICATION Wyatt and Son's was incredibly impressive. I used the Yelp projects system, and communication was seamless. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Replace a Bradford 50g water heater (leaking from the top) 2. Replace a Kenmore water softener that was 15 years old. 3. Fix a 40' run of 2.5" kitchen sink pipe detached from the ceiling due to the strap cables, held in by nails, used by the original installers. It wasn't draining anymore and was full of gunk. TECHNICAL INTERACTIONS I'm an incredibly technical person and engineer. I research everything from plumbing, electrical, carpet, etc. I like to know how things are installed and how they work for the simple fact of educating myself to get the best use out of everything. Barry and his son answered every question, and I never felt disrespected. While Barry has an opinion on specific equipment, which people should have, he walked me through the "whys" of arriving at his conclusion. Barry's approach demonstrated his openness to educating others and learning himself. I appreciated our time. PRICE Wyatt & Son's Plumbing price is incredibly competitive. There are a couple of things I look at: 1. How much am I paying for parts? 2. How much am I paying for labor? Parts are a commodity. You can find every price for every item online. I'm not a fan of companies who mark up their prices. I have to pay sales tax on parts, and every dollar added is more money out of my pocket on taxes. FINAL DECISION The decision came down to Wyatt and Son's Plumbing and another company. Nothing is worse than telling a fantastic candidate/company they won't receive the job. I had no joy in sending the message to Barry, and still, as of writing this review, I'd have Barry out in a heartbeat to quote the next job; there will always be another. TO THE READER Wyatt & Son's Plumbing must be a part of your quoting process. Their professionalism is top-notch, their interactions and knowledge are excellent, and their pricing is incredibly competitive, way cheaper than the large companies. TO BARRY Thank you again for coming to the house and participating in the process. The final decision was incredibly difficult. I hope this review becomes a cornerstone of continuing to send business your way. Wyatt & Son's Plumbing should be a part of everyone's selection process. 5 STARS! Our dog destroyed our furnace's air return duct…read moreboard, ripping it out of the ceiling. We called King's and we're told they would get us on the list. Brian and another technician came out pretty quick, and after their initial shock at the extent of damage (they thought, they were coming to do a patch job) they fabricated a new air return duct out of sheet metal and installed it. Our house is only 3 years old, but there is a stark difference in the work quality between the company that installed the furnace in the new home and King's. I have used King's for all my heating and plumbing needs for over 40 years. I am retired military and have been all over the country and experienced many good and bad heating and plumbing companies. King's is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I'm deeply suspicious anytime I see them rated under 5 stars. 5 STARS!

They sent someone out to assess the issue and determined the tank was bad. Big plus that they were able to replace it the same day. Huge relief. The two techs that were onsite we courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the water heater they also redid the pipes and exhaust stack which was a big improvement over what the original builders did. They made sure it was installed properly and didn't cut any corners. Very happy with the results.

Technicians are sent based on what you need done. Need electrical, they send an electrician. Need…read moreplumbing, different guy. HVAC, oh, that's someone completely different. Each tech will cost you to give you an estimate on what needs done. None of them can tell you anything about any work other than their specialty. Oh, and buy this MONTHLY subscription and the work is cheaper. The only reason they get two stars instead of one, is that the techs, while very high pressure, are professional in their appearance and work. However, all three of them told me that they were doing work on the side and gave me a number to call if I wanted them specifically to do the job. Plumber installed the well pump and pressure tank. Then had to call an electrician to replace the receptacle. Electrician quoted $3500 for an electric job that would take at least two to three days to finish. Got the same work done by an independent for $50 in 2 hours. Got someone else to do the HVAC work as well. Can not recommend Summers.
