Luke came with another couple of technicians to view our HVAC system. This team discussed options, putting forward ideas to fix/complete a very bad situation, from a prior company. Other companies, were too small to get involved, or just simply didn't want to get involved. We also had another large company who gave us a quote to re-do our whole system- even though we asked to keep part of it. That quote was way - BEYOND our budget. I am so glad that Action Air did exactly what we had wanted. They listened to our concerns, and gave us several options.. Luke and his team worked very hard until our installation was competed. They quoted us 3 days for our fix/installation and brought in extra people - so it was done on-time. Luke stayed with us until all our questions were answered. Working long hours, and making certain the job is done correctly. The team showed up on time and when a slight change had to be made - they checked with us before going ahead. Customer service like this, we have not seen in years. Another really nice feature is Action Air - has a signed contract so everything is written down and nothing gets forgotten. No surprises later on - if something breaks - no guessing - it is all there. They have a copy, you have a copy - no - misunderstandings. Each party knows what to expect and the paperwork is a guarantee of workmanship. We were very happy and very surprised (pleasantly ) - that the HVAC fix/ installation went so smoothly. We will be turning over all our maintenance to you, and also next time we need a plumber - we will be calling you. Thank you...

After purchasing a home with some hidden plumbing leaks (most missed on the inspection), we ended up with five different leaks hidden behind the walls - including a full kitchen insurance claim. Danny only charged us one trip fee, and fixed every single leak right the first time. This included taking apart shower equipment, 3 sump pumps, and a kitchen remodel. Danny worked with and around all the other contractors and insurance, got the right parts under warranty, and above all educated us the whole way. After going through a full remodel, he was one of the only contractors we walked away with having a true comfort level and trust with. That, and those two fellas are genuinely good, funny, honest guys. You can tell Danny genuinely cares about his customers (and his name with referrals) and just wants to have a good business doing what he likes. Just a straightforward dude who's been doing this a good long time, knows his stuff, and wants to do honest work. You can't beat that. Best tradesman I've met in Indy. Would gladly be a personal reference for him any time.

We knew it went out and needed someone here as fast as possible. Isley gave us a very fair quote over the phone and then came out to replace and haul away the old water heater. They were EXTREMELY POLITE, PUNCTUAL and very clean! Did not come in and even track in a drop of the mud that was outside at the time due to heavy rain. We'd recommend them in a heartbeat. We did find one other company that gave us a quote of $100 less and they matched it. Obviously not every quote can be matched but they were able with ours. I was sick with Pneumonia at the time and I can't say enough about how professional they were. I was feeling like crud at the time and needed someone who was punctual and professional! Thank you!

The shower trim job turned out to be FAR more complicated that originally anticipated. The former owners had literally drilled through the pipes in an attempt to get incompatible pieces to work, and the pipes were in bad condition due to excessive mineral scale. He is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his craft and supplies only superior parts to customers. I would be happy to hire Jeremy and his team again, and he quickly fixed a few small issues with the job at no added cost.
