They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. What stood out the most however was the above and beyond service. Jesse and Cody were very thorough and even looked at things that others would not have. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. I've used Hope on several occasions but just recently for replacing my water heater and water softener. Eric Campbell was my technician that came out. He was punctual and called to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and patient with me by going over all my options. I currently had a 150 gallon tank, that took up a lot of room in my HVAC room in the basement. He talked to me about tankless. I liked the idea that it had a 15 yr warranty, I would never run out of hot water and the fact that it was so small and compact. I went with it and can't believe how much space opened up in that room. The crew that came out and installed the tankless and softener were very professional as well. They took great care removing my old take from the basement as it was quite heavy and bulky. Now that they do heating and cooling, I'll have them out shortly to service and tune up my heater and get it ready for winter. Note: I have the maintenance package and would recommend that as it gives you additional perks and a good value add.
