Well it took me 3 years but I came back. Let's start with…read morethe tea, decent sized pot, good pourer. Unfortunately the first cup of tea out of it cleaned the spout, so after observing things floating in that I moved on to the second cup. That had someone else's lipstick print on. The waiter took one cup away, replaced it with a clean cup and said he wasn't here yesterday. OK? He didn't replace the pot or the tea bags and left me with half the quantity of tea I should have had. Decent tasting tea though. Had the green onion pancake beef roll to start, that would have been delicious if only it hadn't been cooked a long while ago. It was barely warm. The dumpling combo did come with the little sauce dish this time, they were hard to eat, the dough was very gluey; did a lot of chewing. Either the owners of this restaurant don't know what good service looks like, or they just don't care to provide it. Unfortunate because this is very local to me, but I won't be back.

Very disappointing experience. We spent $80 on sushi alone through Uber Eats (before fees and tip),…read moreand the portion sizes were shockingly small. I understand presentation matters, but for that price, the amount of food we received was honestly unacceptable. The photo speaks for itself compared to my hand. What makes this even more frustrating is that I've seen other reviews from this restaurant, and those portions looked completely normal -- so this felt especially misleading. With a one-year-old at home, dining out isn't always realistic, so I was really hoping this would become a convenient local option for us, especially since it's so close. That honestly makes it even more disappointing. I wanted to support a nearby restaurant, but unfortunately I won't be ordering again -- and I definitely won't be recommending it to anyone I know. There are simply much better sushi options at this price point. EDIT** We gave them the chance to make it right, and they chose not to. At that point, the tiny portions weren't even the worst part -- the complete lack of customer service was.

The Thai dumplings were a hit - they were very flavorful with a thick rich sauce. For our main, we had mixed vegetables with tofu and Pad See-Ew with chicken. Both were tasty with ample fresh vegetables. Our server was busy but made sure we were taken care of. The atmosphere is a bit lacking. They have decorations on the walls and some garlands hanging from the ceiling but it lacks a welcoming feel. It trickles down to the dishes and utensils that they use for service. Although the food was good, the atmosphere made the evening feel a bit less special.

The atmosphere is nice and comfortable, making it easy to relax and have a conversation without it being too loud. The salt and pepper calamari is absolutely addicting, and the fried green beans are always a great appetizer to share. Their dumplings are also really flavorful and make another solid starter. I really enjoy the orange peel beef, and I've also tried their General Tso's and Korean spicy entrées, which were both really good. My friend usually goes for the sushi and always enjoys it as well. Overall, it's become one of our favorite happy hour spots because the food, service, and atmosphere are consistently reliable.

Foster's Sushi used to be our go-to sushi spot for years…read more My husband and I were always there on New Year's Eve--it was one of those traditions, and it was a place we truly loved. So this review honestly makes me a little sad to write. We went recently, and I've since been told they may be under new management. I'm not sure exactly what's changed, but unfortunately, the food just wasn't the same. The sushi didn't hit like it used to at all. The flavors, quality, and overall experience felt very different from what we remembered. My son ordered the chicken teriyaki and said it was good, but even he noticed that it tasted different than before. Whether it's a menu change, ingredient sourcing, or something else, I'm not sure--but the consistency we loved just wasn't there. This place was genuinely a favorite of ours, which makes this disappointing. Sadly, based on our most recent visit, it's probably not somewhere we'll return to.
