Picked everything up cashier was very friendly,(it was very cozy inside) and had a stop after but every thing still was warm when we were ready to eat. Everything was delicious definitely will order again!

Honestly, I was not a fan of this place at all. Food price: 9/10 - reasonably priced Food taste: 2/10 - the ramen was not very tasty and just tasted mostly of salt and msg. The fried potato's were okay. Interior: 6/10 - pretty cute. The blue lights were a nice touch. Service: 3/10- iffy at best. So when I come back again, the answer is most likely not

We had dinner here for the first time. The ambiance is pleasant and inviting. A hip Asian style. We ordered pepper steak with fried rice, chicken steamed rice bento box, and a sushi bento box. The food was delicious! The server was polite and efficient. Looking forward to our return.

Takara Wok is a very nice new restaurant in the area, serving mostly Chinese and Asian fusion food. The interior is Japanese themed, with long booths and dim lighting. You order from an Ipad stationed on each table, and a robot comes to serve your food which is very cute and fun. The prices here are very good compared to similar restaurants in the area, and I will be coming back to try the lunch special sometime soon!

No issues besides the food. We got crab ragoons, California rolls, the orange chicken, and general tso chicken. The crab ragoons were pretty good but all the food tasted frozen/microwaved including the chicken. Both of our sauces tasted exactly the same. The California rolls tasted extra fishy. Do not recommend.

Do you see "Creamy yellow curry" anywhere? P10. Creamy Curry

Came here to eat after fasting for bloodwork. Ordered the "Creamy yellow curry" and was served dry chicken and veg laced with curry powder (see pics). Waitress wasn't solution oriented and did not offer to fix. I explicitly asked for a different dish. I paid the uncharge for noodles on the "curry" so I told her I would be reusing those noodles. New dish comes out with noodles. I inform her and ask that I not be charged for noodles again since I paid for it once and requested none with the new dish. She tells me she's got me. Time to pack leftovers. I get a box and when I'm placing noodles along with my chicken in the box, "manager?" (Who never came to check on issues during the meal) jumps over to my table and tells me NOT to put the noodles in my box since she "did not charge me for them." Yes..the noodles they mistakenly still put on my plate. Would they rather it go in the trash or are they going to plate it up for another patron? There's no telling with these stingy businesses but I don't trust 'em! The Keller area deserves better customer service AND food quality.

No robots to be found, even though it's literally on their front door, there was pictures of robots on reviews so no clue why they had just normal servers. We came here for the robots cuz the kids thought it would be cool. The food was pretty much cafeteria/mall style food. The tuna tower was decent. It even says revolving sushi on the door decor on the front so all in all very misleading

Food came out fast but the quality was like a frozen tv dinner, or worse! This place needs to be shut down immediately.

Hi Chicken Gyoza Korean Spicy Steak Shrimp Tempura Steak Shoyu Ramen Shrimp Tempura Udon Shoyu Ramen

Where do I start...I love trying new places, this one is fairly new out here in DFW, packed on a week night so of course being quite a the foodie, had to come and try. If I could rate this as a zero I would. To start, I ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea. The boba was not chewy warm like a simple boba, but hard that when you bit into it, it split in half like biting into a lollipop. Tasted like straight up milk as well. We ordered the chicken gyoza, and I'm glad we did cause it was one of two things that was edible. Though, still tasted like I went to Walmart and grabbed it out of the frozen section. Not hard to beat. Next edible thing, the shrimp tempura. Tasty enough, but again...might as well been from a frozen package. All the steak was chewy, noodles were rubbery, broth was vegetable oil with salt on top. Honestly, could have spent half the price to go to a Trader Joe's and gotten the same thing and would probably have enjoyed it. To add to it all, the service was through an iPad. Pretty sure this place spends more on the marketing than the actual food and cleanliness. Any way, on the way to McDonald's to get a somewhat edible meal that I would for sure enjoy more.

The service was very good constantly removing trash and dirty dishes during the evening. They did a very good job keeping drinks full and never hit the bottom of the glass. We have been here 100x or more with wait times averaging less than 2 mins even on busy evenings. They have not made many changes to their atmosphere during the last couple years but it's average. Hesitantly we decided to eat before we stopped off at Lowe's and headed back to finish. Stay with me here. We were a little dirty. Not filthy. Not like we had mud all over us but dressed in work out clothes. Super casual. We entered and asked for a booth, The hostess took us to the back end of the booth where there were tables filled with other patrons. I wanted a bit more privacy and asked her to sit one booth back. She said no. Not to be deterred I sit down at the booth we wanted and felt most Comfortable. We wanted some privacy and not have people all around us. The request was to literally sit one booth back...this hostess wasn't having it. She literally demanded we sit at her booth of choice. Today, it became a "I'm not moving". She "slams" the menus and walks off. That behavior had to be addressed. I'm a reasonable person but expect a certain level of customer service. After all the price of eating out....isn't cheap these days and We eat here all the time. In fact, I became the DUKE again when checking in today.... #1 patron! I take great pride in the title. I discussed my frustration with the manager. When I asked to speak with her the hostess pointed to a manager sitting at the table vs going and getting her. Rude was an understatement. The manager didn't seem overly concerned. All said, the food was wonderful. The Tuna Tower (we ask for no rice) needed more avocado. The Pan Seared dumplings Devine as usual and of course the crab Rangoon are other worldly. The spicy bad girl roll was tasty. We added cream cheese. My sister gets her usual....every time. Hibachi Filet mignon, fried rice and Ginger Salad. It's her absolute favorite and she enjoyed every bite. I don't think one person should drive the overall review but today's experience was stressful...The food 5 Stars. Consistent. That said the hostess has influence and today's 1 star review is for her an her alone. We also ran into Lencho. Lencho is the absolute best waiter. Sundays though he works on the hibachi grill side. Bummer. His smile would have turned the experience around. He's that good and we love him. This is the second time where We've not experience the best customer service. Kyushu ownership should take note.....Some southern hospitality goes a long way. Look no further than to Lencho!

I like that they have combinations (e.g. filet mignon&chicken). We loved the filet mignon. The chicken was a little dry both times we have ordered it; ask the hibachi chef for some of the teriyaki sauce on the side. I am not a shrimp fan, but shrimp in their yum yum sauce - holy cow! I am seriously considering ordering shrimp and scallops as my meal next time, because the seafood in yum yum sauce is amazing here. The staff is super friendly and readily accommodated my husband's endless requests. (Can I get mine with a double portion of fried rice? Two soups instead of soup and salad? A dish of that teriyaki sauce on the side?) Our favorite hibachi chef is Antonio. He was creative, friendly, and jived well with the family extroverts. The interior looks classiest after dark because of the lighting, so we will make a habit of coming more often in the winter. In the daylight it's just all right. The noise level and seating arrangements may make it difficult to have a conversation with more than one or two other people at your table, which is common in a hibachi restaurant. There was also a vent in the exhaust hood that rattled loudly over my head the whole time, but we were still able to carry on a conversation between four of us when we brought my husband's parents. Overall a decent choice for a good hibachi dinner.

Atmosphere is cute, definitely nice for a date night with the ambient lighting and cute floral decor. The food was a huge win for us along with the LARGE beer glasses that come out nice and frosted (ask for the coldest glasses). We enjoyed the octopus salad, chicken kaarage, some fried fish that came on the house, super philidelphia roll, crawfish roll, softshell crab, chicken katsu don, and salmon skin handroll. Everything was really great quality and quantity. My top favorites for the night were the octopus salad, a great combonation of seaweed salad, octopus, and cucumber salad. Extremely flavorful and a great way to start the night. The chicken kaarage was beautifully battered, not too heavy and very well seasoned, pairing well with the sauce that accompanied it. The soft shell crab... was one of the best I've had in DFW! I honestly was tempted to order more because it was nicely fried (seriously a great batter) and the light sauce helped amplify the flavor of the crab. Yummmm! The salmon skin handroll was tasty and crunchy with a nice balance of flavor. I think the key is making sure you eat from the sides and have a bit of the center with each bite, since the sauce is centralized there. If not I can see it being too salty for some. Overall we really enjoyed our meal here and plan on returning with friends!

All the food was on the expensive side, but I heard it was good, so I didn't mine. One of the first thing I noticed was the entrees do not come with rice. There is a $1 up charge for white rice and $3 for fried rice, $5 for noodles. I have never experienced a Chinese restaurant that charged for white rice with an entree (not even PF Chang). I arrived 10 minutes after the time I was told my food would be ready. I checked in at the register and was told it would be another 5 minutes. I was told to have a seat and wait. Since there is no place to sit when waiting for a take out order, I sat down in the closet booth next to the register. After about 1 minute, a very rude lady came over in broken English and screamed that I could not sit there. I told her I was waiting on a to-go order and she just kept screaming "you don't can sit there", so I got up and stood by the front door. If my food had not already been paid for, I would have left after that rude encounter. The ambiance of the restaurant is very strange as they had a boombox loudly playing 80s music. It was so load, I felt bad for the customers who were eating at there. No way you could enjoy siting there listening to the annoying loud music while you ate. About 5 minutes later (15 minutes past the time they originally told me it would be ready) my food was ready. The food did come out very hot. I retrieved my food and took it home to enjoy. Overall the food is very basic and not worth the elevated price. The egg rolls were over fried and greasy. The spicy wonton were very bland and not spicy at all. The general Tso chicken was not good. Very small pieces of chicken, over breaded and a bland sauce. Again not spicy at all. The fried flat rice noodles were the biggest disappointment. Mushy noodles that were all stuck together. Not good at all. Overall the Noodle Works was a big disappointment. There are so many better option in the area (Dragon House or the Wok). Do yourself a favor and skip the rude staff Noodle Works.
