So good! This is a cool place. They had robots to bring your food and drinks (though a server comes along to serve you). We had a group of 4. We all tried something different and everything was delicious! I got the chicken hibachi which included lots of food for a reasonable price. Shrimp egg rolls were a hit!! Huge shrimp flavorful veggies and crispy, even later the air fryer reheated perfectly. Takara Wok is a very nice new restaurant in the area, serving mostly Chinese and Asian fusion food. The interior is Japanese themed, with long booths and dim lighting. You order from an Ipad stationed on each table, and a robot comes to serve your food which is very cute and fun. The prices here are very good compared to similar restaurants in the area, and I will be coming back to try the lunch special sometime soon! read more

Maybe my husband and I made a mistake by ordering dishes with "steak" in them, but both the Mongolian beef and steak yakisoba were terrible. Poor cuts of meat, lots of gristle. Inedible. Came here to eat after fasting for bloodwork. Ordered the "Creamy yellow curry" and was served dry chicken and veg laced with curry powder (see pics). Waitress wasn't solution oriented and did not offer to fix. I explicitly asked for a different dish. I paid the uncharge for noodles on the "curry" so I told her I would be reusing those noodles. New dish comes out with noodles. I inform her and ask that I not be charged for noodles again since I paid for it once and requested none with the new dish. She tells me she's got me. Time to pack leftovers. I get a box and when I'm placing noodles along with my chicken in the box, "manager?" (Who never came to check on issues during the meal) jumps over to my table and tells me NOT to put the noodles in my box since she "did not charge me for them." Yes..the noodles they mistakenly still put on my plate. Would they rather it go in the trash or are they going to plate it up for another patron? There's no telling with these stingy businesses but I don't trust 'em! The Keller area deserves better customer service AND food quality. read more

Where do I start...I love trying new places, this one is fairly new out here in DFW, packed on a week night so of course being quite a the foodie, had to come and try. If I could rate this as a zero I would. To start, I ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea. The boba was not chewy warm like a simple boba, but hard that when you bit into it, it split in half like biting into a lollipop. Tasted like straight up milk as well. We ordered the chicken gyoza, and I'm glad we did cause it was one of two things that was edible. Though, still tasted like I went to Walmart and grabbed it out of the frozen section. Not hard to beat. Next edible thing, the shrimp tempura. Tasty enough, but again...might as well been from a frozen package. All the steak was chewy, noodles were rubbery, broth was vegetable oil with salt on top. Honestly, could have spent half the price to go to a Trader Joe's and gotten the same thing and would probably have enjoyed it. To add to it all, the service was through an iPad. First order, placed for pick up. Ordered broccoli chicken with fried rice and udon noodles with shrimp. Picked up when listed as ready (no wait and had not been sitting getting cold either), good portion size too. Not sure what the liquid in the plastic containers were...but we passed without trying this. (Label on bottles was not clear what it was either....?). I ate the udon and shrimp, and it was excellent. Noodles were perfect and shrimp were large--best of all, they removed the tails!! THANK YOU!!! Walking inside the store to pick my order up, the place looked super clean, has a robot server (kick ass!) and the seating looked cool, some booths and some tables. I will definitely try them again, and will definitely go to the restaurant so I can explore their options a little more. Impressed so far. read more

This was our first time in. We stopped in for lunch and it stayed busy. We got seated immediately. It was small but didn't feel too small and was very inviting. Everyone was friendly and the server kept checking on us and kept our drinks filled. I ordered the teriyaki steak bento box with fried rice and my mom got the orange chicken bento box. For appetizers we shared the shrimp tempura roll and the crab Rangoon. The steak was tender but not much flavor and didn't taste like teriyaki at all. The rest of what I ate was delicious. My mom's orange chicken was delicious. The sushi was great and while the Rangoon was tasty I didn't taste crab in it. It was more like a cream cheese Rangoon. They gave 2 complimentary dishes at the beginning of the meal that we didn't care for and they gave a yummy probiotic drink after you ate. I'd go again but not order the same thing. You place your order with the server for your drinks then you place your food order on the tablet on the table. The door does slam pretty hard so be prepared for that as people go in and out. read more

I use to think this place was way better than the location on Basswood. I come here all the time and last night I decided to get it delivered. Worst mistake ever. I ordered the Mongolian steak and literally got 5 pieces of beef with a bowl full on red onions. How is that acceptable for $15 dollars. I work too hard for my money to spend it and received a bowl of red onions with 5 pieces of beef. Also has a chili next to the menu item which means it's suppose to be spicy and it just had no spice and zero flavor. Very disappointing. Can't say I'll be coming back. read more

We went at prime dinner time and everything came out quickly. There were some dishes that were better than others. I had a plate with tempura. That was good. Son liked his chicken fried rice. Something I really appreciated was our server staying on top of our drinks the whole time. That's almost rare these days. You can also check out through the iPad at your table which is convenient.
