Absolutely outstanding traditional Chinese dishes and Japanese sashimi platter. I ordered the king pao beef with shrimp with fried rice and egg roll and hubby ordered the hunan beef. All of the dishes (except for the sushi of course) came out as they were ready and were piping hot. The sashimi platter came with miso soup and salad. It also included the most abundantly crab filled California roll that I have ever had. I MAY have had more than my share! We came back recently looking for a good Chinese food place. I'm not too sure about this place, the family likes the sesame chicken but everything else has been pretty iffy. I ordered chicken and dumplings there was one dumpling in the broth which was not great tasting another review below mentioned it was like earthy mop water and I have to agree. Not being in the area, I didn't really know anything about this restaurant before going. I went for my grandmother-in-law's birthday, and we chose the location solely based on it being in the middle from everyone driving around the metroplex. The food was incredible, and the atmosphere was pleasant and nice. However, I really want to give a shout out to the staff, who worked hard to serve our large party of 16 people, but also gave my 15-month-old daughter a balloon to help keep her happy when she was getting upset, and frequently came over to make her smile. I was a little worried, ordering sushi from this location for the very first time. I decided to try 3 different options to ensure I would taste something I'd like. Also I decided to get General Taos just to be on the safe side. All 3 of the rolls were delicious. If you're new to sushi/rolls. I'd recommend the volcano rolls. They are topped in tempura crab and eel sauce. However, the aloha, which is topped with mango and sriracha is pretty good. It's not as sweet as the volcano roll, and has a tiny hint of spice. The Texas roll was delicious. It's stuffed with crab and is also topped with smoked salmon giving it a nice sweet smoky balance. I look forward to trying their rolls again. read more

This is probably the worst Chinese food I've had. They are getting 2 stars instead of one simply bc my husband likes their general Tso's chicken. We've given this place three tries, and this is literally the only thing decent that we've tried on the menu. We're giving up... To play it safe, this time I ordered chicken fried rice (that's pretty hard to make terrible, right?) it was incredibly oily and tasted like it had been made on a dirty flat top. You know that taste when something is deep fried in oil that hasn't been changed in way too long? That's exactly what this tasted like! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered the house pecan chicken and it came with a sweet and sour sauce and walnuts. I asked the server if this was the wrong dish and he said no. I said but these are walnuts, he gave me a weird look like I was crazy. So then when he came back I said no, this is definitely wrong it taste like sweet and sour and these are definitely walnuts. He said it wasn't sweet and sour and that it looks different and showed me in the menu what I ordered. I said these are still walnuts. And he just shrugged. Later he said yeah, I've heard that before it's so weird that people think it should have pecans when it comes with walnuts. I told him it's a health safety hazard that they say it has candied pecans on it and it comes with walnuts. But he just shrugged. It also tasted awful. There were no snow peas in it either. My daughter ordered crab Rangoon's and they were also awful. Hard outside, not even crunchy just straight up hard. Barely any filling either. The spring roll that comes with the meals was greasy snd had hardly any flavor or filling. Only my son was happy with his Philadelphia roll. Cool, over-cast day... perfect for Green Tea chinese food to feel cosy and warm. 3 of us for supper. The service is always kind and accurate and the atmosphere is ever spotless and comfortable. Today we all got wonton soups, shared a calamari appetizer, and tried the chicken teriyaki and the chicken lo mein. Their teriyaki is the most distinct and atypical. Usually others make it more saucy and darker, but Green Tea's is presented as a large seared breast lightly coated with lighter version of the sauce with sesame seeds and veggies on the side. Order On Line: I ordered on their online website. I ordered the Lo Mein Noddles with Fried Rice and Orange Peel Chicken. Their website is very fundamental and I had to go through it three times to navigate, but I made my final order with confidence. Now to my order, they did make one mistake. The menu item Lo Mein Noddles with Fried Rice. ( it comes with rice) It arrived in the time frame as noted about 40 minutes or less. ( they forgot to add the rice as mention on their menu). I also order the Orange Peel Chicken (sweet and sour sauce, it's spicy) ; but this menu item does not include rice. I ordered the fried rice as a side item, for $.75 more. The order arrived and they were well packed in high quality plastic dishes and plastic bag. *If I did not do this we would not have had any rice at all to share between two people. I was expecting the rice with the Lo Mein too. The quality of the food was very good and tasty and it arrived hot. *noted they did not provide napkins, plastic ware set up and the two fortune cookies that they use to to provide. This is probably for the economic reasons. Here's why I include this information on this review. If you order and they were to deliver to anyone of the local hotels, you would not have anything to eat with, but your fingers. They have raised their prices, but the amount of food is still worth the prices. You have to use a credit card, and they charge a $2 convince fee, and $2 take out delivery fee and then you have options to choose for tip. 10%, 15%, and 20% suggestions or a box to add whatever you want with out the suggestions. With adding the tip and fee is still come into about $30.00 I still provided cash tip to the delivery driver the door. As I felt the 20% tallied low. Also, I do not know if the driver gets the tip; but I know there are costs to have a driver use their POV's to get you the food. It's not time to be cheap for they are doing their job. Well I hope y'all are ready for this roller coaster. We ordered delivery at 6pm Sunday night, thinking we'd eat in maybe 30 or 45 minutes since it's only ~6 minute drive away and shouldn't be that busy. Over an hour and a half later we called to cancel since we ended up eating something else while waiting and the food still hadn't arrived (no proactive update or anything). We told them to not drop off the food, we don't want it, we already ate, please refund our money. The woman who I spoke to (never got the name), after blaming the driver, saying he must have "fallen asleep at the wheel", refused to refund it then, told me to wait for the food (which I didn't want at this point). At 7:47 the food was dropped off, the driver dropping it at the door and then RAN to his car and took off before we could talk to him (we have him on video). We didn't want the food, and they tried to make us take it anyway, so we threw it away and planned to just dispute the charges on the card. Here's where it gets weird. At 8:20 we missed a call from the restaurant, so we call them back at 8:38, and now the lady was telling us that we had to give her the food back in order for us to get a refund. This makes no sense, because she wouldn't give me a refund earlier when the food hadn't even been delivered yet (they had both, the money and the food at the time). This felt like a trap, where she was hoping for an excuse so that she could try to justify not giving us a refund. We reiterated that it was already in the trash and that we weren't going to pay for it (going to dispute the charges with my bank). Phone call ended. Theeeeen their campaign of harassment started. In the span of 5 minutes- from 8:43 to 8:48, this lady called EIGHT times from THREE different phone numbers (we blocked the first two, then they started coming from "no caller ID"). Repeatedly telling us to given them the food back (again, we've told them multiple times it's in the trash). On the third call in that time span we answered, we told them again to stop calling us, stay away from our house, stay away from our family, do not call this phone number again. SHE CALLED 6 MORE TIMES. When I answered that 9th call (no called ID) she said that we "can call 911 if we want, but we're coming (to get the food)" (remember, this is the trash food). After you tell someone to stop calling you, to stay away from your property, and then they persistently and consistently call you to tell you they are coming anyway, you start to question their motives. Apparently she didn't care that the food was already in the trash and she didn't care if the cops were there, she was coming anyway- according to her own words. She was aggressive, unrelenting throughout the whole process. I had genuine fear they might do something to my family or property. Thankfully nothing has happened at this point, but I made sure to file a police report so that there is record of their behavior in case something does happen in the future. I will be pursing this matter with the BBB as well. read more

We have been to this location and had food delivered several times. Always good food. Today, however we ordered and it seemed pricy but I paid and got off the phone. I added it up and I came up with $30 less than what was quoted so I called back. There was a language barrier and the individual who answered was condescending so I just asked for a refund. All good. 2 minutes later she calls back and tries to go through it again, I tell her no thanks and she begins yelling at me and telling me to never call back again. Ok no worries. THEN they start texting me with a menu and items circled with prices that are NOT what are on their website. If the price of each item had been posted correctly then I wouldn't have even questioned it but if I go to your website and add it a total of 63.00 and you are telling me it's $93, that's a problem.
