Surprised they were open on the hot day but I am glad they were! The space could be easy to miss on the corner so it was my first time coming here by chance while I was in the area. They have a decently sized space to accommodate both large/smaller groups. Quite hungry when I stopped by with my family for an early dinner @ around 5:30 pm. I was lucky to find a parking spot right outside the restaurant. Visiting Portland for a few days. Found this place a block away from my hotel. Went during lunch. A short walk, and it's located at the corner of NW Flanders/NW 11th. A nice cozy corner with outside/inside tables. Sat inside because of construction outside. Small crowd. Was seated right away. Female worker(owner?) was very friendly. Brought me a carafe of water. I ordered the Spring Rolls and Pad See Ew. The spring rolls came out fast... hot and crispy with a sweet Thai dipping sauce. Tasty. The Pad See Ew came out about 3 minutes later. I've never had this before, anywhere. It came out fresh and hot. You need to mix the raw bean sprouts and carrots into the hot noodles and broccoli. It had a nice flavor. The cooked broccoli still had a good crunch to it. I think the bean sprouts and carrots could have been quick flamed, but they were good also. I enjoyed this place.
