The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to customers, and does a great job of making guests feel welcome and valued. For dinner, I started with their 2 piece teriyaki chicken skewers. The skewers come with a generous amount of chicken, which is perfectly crispy and has an incredible flavor. For my main entree, I ordered the Spicy Ramen with miso broth, as it came highly recommended from my waiter. The portion size of the ramen was very generous, and it came with pork, bean sprouts, seaweed, sausage, and green onions, all mixed into their fantastic broth. My gf ordered the Corn Butter Ramen with tofu and egg added. She also got wanted the Spicy Umami Meat on the side because she wanted to try it but was scared to have it in the ramen. I ordered the Miso Ramen with egg and corn. Our waitress unfortunately somehow missed placing my order on her tablet and only brought out my gf's food. After some time I noticed it wasn't coming and flagged someone down. They were confused and someone else came to help. Then the manager came and apologized which I appreciated. This was the WORST experience I've ever had! We made reservations for 7-8 people and asked for accommodations for our seating. We gave our name and phone number and advised that we were coming from an escape room across the parking lot and would be there by 5:45pm. We showed up at 5:40 to find that they had literally just given our table to another large party. They had not served them water or anything yet. We advised that we couldn't check in and the manager (that's what he called himself) seemed confused that we we were there to eat. We said we went out of our way to make a reservation with special seating accommodations and they should ask them to move. He didn't want to do that and asked if we could do two booths. Because of our reservation and need for seating accommodations we were not able to do that. He then put some tables at the end of the booth and sat us down. He asked if it would work and we said 'what choice do we have?' Our waiter came and asked how we were doing and I said we're irritated by losing our reserved table. He was surprised and went to get the manager. The manager once again asked if the table would work out. We all said he should have done something about our reservation. I asked if the owner was there which he replied 'no' so I asked if he was the manager which he stated he was. We were all polite simply stating our frustrations. He said that group came in and he asked if they were the party of 7-8 with plus size seating needs. Seriously? Wouldn't you simply ask for their reservation name? He was flustered by all of us and out of no where said 'you all need to leave' now and literally took our menus out of our hands!
