Pretty solid pizza lunch spot! We had a refreshing arugula salad with watermelon and feta, the portobello mushroom pizza, and a rich, warm hazelnut brownie. All of it was tasty and a good portion for a group of three. The pizza is a thicker bar pie style with lacey edges instead of crust which I dig. Service was friendly, they just forgot my mom's tea, and the space is clean and casual. Will return to try more pizzas!

We had a large family gathering and were pleased to secure a table for 12 here. It's a very casual place- lots of takeout and some basic tables for dining in. This is creative pizza at its best. I've had pizzas with unlikely ingredients which often aren't great but not here. Amazing variety and lots of creative pizzas that taste great. I loved the Wild Mushroom with caramelized onions, potato cream, gruyere, mozzarella, parmesan and thyme and also the Buffalo Chicken Za- grilled chicken, hot sauce, caramelized onions, roasted red pepper, sweet onion, mozzarella, cheddar and scallion. The group also enjoyed the Asparagus Za, Old School Potato Za and the Grilled Chicken Za. They have a nice choice of reds and white wines, and beers. Service was friendly and attentive.

A classic za za. Liked how the inside decor was cozy and the service was quick as it was not very busy on a Monday night. Me and my acquaintance ordered the buff chick za side of ranch of course. And it was lovely! However I was not too particular of the cheese selection but the crispy crust and creamy ranch helped immensely. I'd go back

We've been ordering their pizzas and salads for years now through DoorDash and always get well packaged, delicious food. One busy Friday night we were waiting longer than usual. When I called to check on the order, the manager Colleen was super nice and honest and admitted they somehow lost our ticket. I'm in the industry and I know mistakes happen. What matters is what is done to fix the mistake. They rushed our order along and sent me a giftcard to dine-in. I took my daughter here for lunch earlier today to use our giftcard and we had a wonderful experience! We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was good as always! While they're called Za and their pizza is awesome, it's their fresh and delicious salads that really keep me coming back.

You wait outside a bit, for take-out on a weeknight. It was nice out though- and it seemed like a good ambiance for the outdoor diners as well. I enjoyed the potato salad with fresh crunchy cucumber and veggies on top- it was a good combo of flavors. The pizza is a different style than I'm used to- which I believe is more common in Massachusetts. It's kind of a pan pizza that's slightly thicker, and that is fully crisp and buttery outside, rather than having a crust. I liked it- the fresh ingredients are definitely noticeable!

My boyfriend and I have gotten take out from here twice since the pandemic happened. From a COVID / safety perspective, they do a great job. You wait outside and someone (with a mask) comes out and asks for your name. They grab your order and bring it out. If you paid online, you're all set! In the two separate times, we have gotten the Drumlin Farm's Arugula Salad (which was good but small for the price), the Mac N' Cheese Za (delicious, if you love caramelized onions and mac n cheese, this is your pizza), Old School Potato (I really enjoyed this one, however it is a bit bland, maybe because the potatoes aren't seasoned?), Beef Bomb (this was good, but not my favorite. It was loaded with a lot, but all you could really taste was the hot cherry peppers), and the "Wild" Mushroom Za (delicious, I wish there was more mushrooms, but this was a great pizza). This place makes great pan pizzas that are meant for 1-2 people (per pizza), and they're amazing leftover, so we always get extra! If you're looking for pizza with good quality ingredients and nice folks who are being safe, then this is your place!

Not your typical pizza and not your typical toppings. Locally farm sourced seasonal ingredients contribute to their rotating menu. So you will find atypical bases like potato puree! Ordered the beef bomb pizza which had a lot going on, but came together really well. Love their Avo and black bean salad which is piled with fresh diced tomatoes, onions and cheese - topped with sour cream and crushed tortillas (no leafy greens here). Highly recommend you save room for dessert - they have some of the best pie slices around!

Coming right when they open I was able to see these things that you would likely not see in the evening. But to be fair I came right when they opened since it is first come first serve. A majority of the drinks were more on the savory side which was very interesting like "may all your bacon burn" with bacon bites at the top of the drink. The drinks my friend had were all stunning with the use of egg yolk to elevate the drink. We ended the evening by walking over to Bow Market and trying Viet Citron which was so DANG GOOD my gosh. The to go orders were insane but looks like they are doing very well despite recently opening in. I got the grilled lemongrass pork ribs bowl and youtiao and the side sauce was so good. The ribs were all very meaty. It looks small but I was surprised how full I was after having it. Nice night of drinks and food. It was such a cute hidden area, and I was already excited before we even got to the place. We headed upstairs into the bar, and the vibe was perfect. It's small, cozy, dimly lit, with vibey music playing. Since it was our first time, we were a little confused at first, but the waiter was super kind and walked us through everything. I ordered the Elly the Elephant and my friend got the Laughing Gull, and we both really enjoyed our drinks. One thing I thought was really nice is that they allow you to grab food from the surrounding restaurants and bring it in to eat there. We didn't end up doing that, but we did get the charcuterie board they had. It came with cheeses, crackers, and some fruit, and you can add meats for $10, which we opted out for. I will say I was a little disappointed by the fruit portion. The menu mentioned fresh fruit, so I expected more than three thin orange slices and one sliced strawberry. HOWEVER, when I asked for more strawberries, our waiter kindly brought out a whole bowl for me, which I really appreciated. We stayed for about two hours, and as the night went on the place definitely got more crowded, so we headed out. Overall, this is such a cute and cozy cocktail bar. I'll definitely be back when the weather is warmer to try the other drinks and restaurants in the market.

Made me a little anxious bc you have to put a credit card down and my friend is flakier than a KFC fried chicken bucket. Funny enough - she beat me there. She had already been on a date and was excited to go back. She's gluten free and we had plenty of options - even the fried chicken bites or whatever name they are. I thought the cucumber were phenomenal. Almost ate the whole thing myself. As for the drinks, for me, it's another place where the ingredient list is too complicated. I hate having to google 3 out of 4 of things in my drink - the 4th being the type of liquor in it.. they do have a blurb at the end to explain what the drinks going to be like. I went with the one that's supposed to be close to a margarita. Unfortunately it came with bubbles which wasn't noted on the menu. I can't have bubbles :( which is a bummer bc they're so fun - something about infusing with their own CO2? Yo no se pero the bartender was lovely and gave me another beverage with no extra charge. I also ordered the non-alcoholic old fashioned which was quite nice and pretty light. We ordered the cheesecake bc it's gf (house but they have other flavors) and holy hell.. should I eat cheesecake? No. Did I keep going back for more after I said only a couple bites? Duh. It's from a local spot - Korean Mama. FAVORITE item of the night. When making the reservation I noted that we were going for a birthday and the bartender brought us over some small pours of sake to celebrate since they heard us talking about it earlier. I may not rush back, but my friend has been back twice already.

It responded right away that it would optimize for a place that appeals to cocktail nerds and is open on Mondays. I directed me to Wig Shop, and said that Wig Shop even has a cocktail named in honor of John Gertsen, Boston's much-missed (he's in SF, last I knew) founding bartender at Drink and Number Nine Park. Wig Shop did not disappoint: fabulous cocktails, an easygoing vibe (my two buddies and I were able to chat without yelling from 8pm until 11:30), comfortable banquettes (with, incidentally, backs that are high enough to be supportive but low enough that you can spread out your arms on them), and wonderful service. The service, in particular, lives up to the "cocktail nerd" aspect that the LLM highlighted: our server knew the drinks backwards and forwards, and knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned the drink in Gertsen's honor. I'd recommend this place to cocktail nerds, and to anyone who wants to have a drink and chat with friends. We'll be back soon.

The way they are setup is that if you are a party of 2, they sit you with another "couple" to maximize space. This is fun, it makes you have conversations with strangers that for the time you are there become "friends". Hopefully you have the same good experience we did and not have anti-social people in front of you.
