Highly recommend for Minis, they have a great technician at the shop! Their communication is amazing-texting updates on the car as it's being worked on. Repair work was quick, my Mini was at another shop for two weeks before this and Z's had it complete within two days. The pricing was fair for a Mini, and I don't feel like I was taken advantage of. I will be a customer for life! read more

My vehicle took a dump on I-90. I had my vw towed to Z Sport Euro. Mark, Roger and the crew were on top of it. Super knowledgeable staff and very friendly and easy to talk to. They'll explain your vehicle issues to where you can easily understand. Will come back for preventative maintenance shortly. read more

My Mini had a short that made my car unsafe to drive. The mechanics at Z Sport Euro were able to see my car same day I called in. They removed the cluster and found the connection was loose and only charged me for an hour of labor! Their communication was excellent! I will definitely bring my car back to them for all her needs! read more

I've been a customer for years. The quality and attention to detail of customer service as well as the automotive work never disappoints. Everything is clearly explained and options are provided. Whole heartedly recommended. read more

I took my car here and had them do the work that I didn't want to (injectors). I knew it was going to cost me a lot and it did. But they did it and they did it right. I'm not complaining, just understand that this is a high-end shop that does high-end work and they charge a high-end rate. If you're looking for bargain basement foreign car repairs go somewhere else. If you're Speed Racer and you've got the cash this is where you go. read more

great customer service made the process as quick and thorough as possible definitely will return with any more services

Wow! There are so many great qualities about this shop that I like to share to future customers. If you have a European or Japanese car these are your people. Down from the call to the service/pick up Roger and his crew have been nothing but nice to me the last YEAR and a half of servicing my car. Even when I am tight on cash they are very understanding and try to help me stay in my budget for some pretty big repairs. For that I am forever grateful as I have taken my car else where before and been taken advantage of. This is truly the best ERUO auto shop you'll ever meet in WA and I guarantee your car will feel better than ever! read more

I have been using Z Sport Euro for a little over 3 years now to service my X1. I have since referred my son and my daughter to them for the service and repairs of their vehicles. They are upfront and transparent with the charges up front before I get any work done. They have gone out of their way to help my daughter out with a stressful situation with the tow company that dropped off her car to the wrong location and gave her a rental car to use while the repairs were made. read more

5 Stars The customer service and workmanship at Z Sport Euro is outstanding! The entire staff is concerned with providing an exceptional experience, every time. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends and family. read more

Mark Gwyn, manager, provided exceptional service with the highest integrity and courtesy for us out of town visitors with a 2014 Porsche Cayenne S transmission problem. I strongly recommend this business. Mark, and his team, quickly diagnosed the vehicle at nominal cost, researched and networked through the Porsche system and local dealerships and identified the transfer case problem being under extended warranty. He secured us a speedy appointment with a local Porsche dealership which completed the work, at no cost, the next day. Outstanding! read more

The Audi dealership recommended this place and they were great. I called on a Friday needing help right away and they were able to get me in right away on Monday. I got regular updates about my car and the things that were getting done. I only had to be without my car for 1 day. They were quick and efficient. I would recommend coming here. read more

Love this place. The girl at the front desk and Mark are so personable and helpful! I appreciate the communication regarding repairs. I trust them. On one of my latest services I had a recent issue with when my car was returned and Mark went above and beyond to correct it. This level of customer service, coupled with quality work, is what keeps us coming here for servicing our vehicles. Thank you guys! read more

Put my trust in these guys and was rewarded with a great experience. Mark and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly which is a great way to run a business if you ask me. What a great shop. Nervously purchased an older model Range Rover for my "teens" to drive. Had initial survey done at Range River dealership. If I would have followed their service recommendations it would have cost almost as much as the vehicle purchase price! Mark and crew checked all items out repaired what needed to be done and gave a great service plan to get everything done all at a very fair price. In addition, in a World seriously lacking customer service the communication and personal interactions were top notch. Just earned a loyal repeat customer! Do you guys work on F-250's? Local Ford dealers could learn something from you! read more

Excellent, fast work for routine service on my 2016 Mercedes. Saved me about 500 over the dealership. Communication was outstanding. Mark, the tech, made time to come out and chat with me. Lindsey has great customer service skills. Very great experience. Found my new home for car care. (And the cleanest garage I've ever seen) read more

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I just had my DSG serviced at Z Sport on my 14 VW GLI. While I usually try to do work on my own cars the DSG service is technical and requires a special tool. I contacted Mark and he quoted me a competitive and fair price. So I thought I'd give them a shot. The shop is immaculate. Nicer than the shops I have worked for in the past, including BMW dealerships. Super friendly service from Mark and his service writer. They pointed out a brake issue and priced out a fair quote for that as well. (I decided to repair on my own). The DSG service only took a few hours total. No surprises when the bill came. They even sent me a Thank You card with a service and Starbucks gift cards! Exceptional service, fair prices, quick repairs, clean facility. I will go back there for any service to my car I don't feel like doing myself. Highly recommended. read more

If you have a Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, or other European vehicle, I can highly recommend Z Sport Euro. The workmanship of maintenance and repairs I've experienced so far is excellent. The prices, while not cheap, are reasonable, especially considering the quality you get. Prices seem to be only slightly less than a dealership would charge, but you sacrifice nothing in quality and the service is outstanding. I had seen the Z Sport location off the 5 for many years and thought they only serviced Datsun/Nissan Z cars and the like. We bought a 2009 VW Beetle last year for our daughter and I first had that serviced at a local VW dealer. Service & pricing there were okay, not stellar. Her car needed struts badly and the dealer pricing wasn't too bad, but I'd have to wait 3 weeks to get it done. Ridiculous! I started searching Yelp for an alternative and was surprised to learn of the other Z Sport Euro location. Having read the reviews on Yelp, I decided to give them a shot. That service went very well. I felt they were honest as I told them to go ahead and align the car if it needed it, but it didn't need it. They knew I was new to this car and they made some helpful maintenance suggestions, which I took. Pricing was slightly better than the dealer too. Again, service is outstanding. They really make you feel comfortable, like a friend. I recently returned to have the oil and filter done and love that they use Amsoil synthetic. Good stuff! I plan to bring our Audi here once the warranty expires. Shortly after my first visit here, I received a very warm welcome letter that had a coupon for service enclosed and a $5 Starbucks card. How nice! I really appreciate this shop and I'm glad I found it. I plan to take my 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT to the other Z Sport location for an A/C conversion soon! read more

Came here for oil change on my Bmw M2. Will definitely be back here again. Price was fair not over price like the dealership.

Taken my BMW here for oil changes and a major repair. Their service is top notch. Nothing is ever cheap when it comes to foreign cars but you can bet that they will do what's necessary and make sure it's done right! I made the stupid mistake of letting someone inexperienced change my oil. He cracked my housing for my filter and caused major damage. Luckily Marc and his team identified the problem quickly and fixed it in no time! They also cleaned my engine from the huge oil mess that was left from the leak. He also called me because my radiator hose had a leak and didn't even charge me for labor, just the hose. Which was much appreciated! They keep in contact with you daily to let you know what's going on with your car and when you can expect it to be finished. I definitely won't be taking my car anywhere else for maintenance! Thank you for everything! :) read more

I'll never take my BMW's elsewhere, This place is beyond Awesome!!!! I love how honest this place is. Mark will never charge you for anything unnecessary for your vehicle. They do everything right the first time, and they have by far the best technicians. Everything is so prompt. No over hours charged on labor EVER. I used to go to places that would constantly add other services to your vehicle and claimed that they were necessary, This place does not do that! They stay in contact with you, call or text you, and mention things that you will need in the future, but never force you to have them repaired right away. As every other working person, there's never a convenient time to put your car in the shop. One of the best things, is Z sports has loaners, so that you can either go to work and come back at the end of the day to pick up your car, or basic things like running errands. There's never a good time for your car to break down, but this place makes it so easy to drop mine off. The name can throw you off, but they don't just do European. My Honda and Toyota have also had 5 Star service from here. I promise you this, Come to this place just once and you'll be hooked. read more

These guys are great! I used to take my Jetta TDI here and they took care of it well. I recently traded it in for a BMW X1 and they gave me a full free inspection. Super quick at responding to emails and getting you taken care of as fast as they can around your schedule. Also very knowledgeable and informative about my vehicles specific needs. I'm glad I choose this place, I never feel worried when I drop off my car. read more

Both times I've been here Mark has gone out of his way to make sure we receive exceptional customer service. The prices are fare and they fix the problem right the first time. Came in one day with my 2005 325ci bmw that had a "service engine soon" light. The guy behind the counter immediately, without even looking at my car, told me it was the intake gasket, which would cost $800. He said even if that wasn't the problem, opening the car up for labor would be worth getting everything done that you can. I do not agree with his logic that so long as I'm paying $100 or so per service hour, I may as well get an $800 service done. He was a little condescending in asking me if I knew what a canvas top even was. This was after guessing my 325ci was a hard top convertible. And he tried making up for it by claiming the "c" had something to do with what kind of top the car was. Felt like a sleazy mechanic tried tricking a little girl into spending a lot of money on nothing. If that's how they make their money, they shouldn't be proud. read more

Recently took my 09 Audi in because of a coolant leak. I was greeted by Ryan and have no complaints. He was super nice and made sure everything was taken care of as efficiently as possible. If I keep the car I will definitely be making a return trip for service needs. Thanks!! read more

On Turkey Day, I was making the 4-hour trip over the cold mountains to Seattle, but right after I hopped over Snoqualmie Pass, my MINI Cooper's yellow engine light flashed. I still had an hour of driving. At the end of that hour, my car started coughing/dying/stalling. Happy Thanksgiving. So, no turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, or gravy for this ole rambler. Instead I stressed over what to do hours away from my tools. I checked both MINI dealerships in the area and their service departments were booked for weeks. I then looked for other mechanics. One which was the closest was Z Sport Euro. I called them in the morning and they were able to squeeze me in. Within an hour they had an idea of what the issue was (spark plugs, and possibly the air flow meter). They gave me a ride back to where I was staying and I then let them take care of my vehicle. Their estimate was it would be out by the afternoon. The owner was super nice, and they have a mechanic who is touted as proficient with German vehicles and MINIs. So a full day and $1000 later, I had my baby back. Granted I was desperate (away from home, and needing my vehicle soon), so I sort of braced myself for the steep cost. I just feel like I lost some man points for taking it in for a job I might have been able to do myself (well, especially the spark plugs!). Oh well. This shop's labor rate is $109/hr. And for my work, the invoice roughly went like this: --Check/Inspecting proglem: $54 --Spark Plugs: $200 (labor and 4 spark plugs) --Air Flow Meter & Filter: $600 So with tax and other things it came to just under $1000. read more

I have a 2004 MINI, and the battery light started coming on. So I took it in to have it checked. Turned out my alternator was not doing its job. Ryan said they could have it fixed the next day around lunch time. (It was later in the day I took it in) Unfortunately I didn't have a ride home from the shop, so Ryan said they could take me home. All the guys were very nice and helpful. I never felt like they were trying to scam me. Ryan called the next day about 1:30, and said my car was done. And they figured a way to get to the alternator without having to take off the intake manifold. Which saved me some money! I also asked them to look at my brakes and front right wheel bearing. I had just bought new tires from Les Schwab a week before. They told me the wheel had some play in it, and I needed to get that fixed pretty quick. Well, the guys at Z Sport said, yes, there is some play, but the wheel won't fall off and it is fine too drive for a while. They didn't try to scare more money out of me! Plus when I ask about doing something myself, or having a friend work on my car, Ryan is very helpful. He doesn't try to make it seem like only a shop can do the work. All in all....great shop! Great guys! And a couple days later, I received a hand written Thank You card in the mail with 2 Starbucks gift cards! read more

Z Sport Euro - The thank you card they sent! - Auto Repair Near Me - Everett, Washington

I've taken my BMW 335i to Z-Sport Euro for the last couple years. Last year, after I took the car down to a BMW repair shop in Bellevue for a new battery, that shop failed to notice a major oil leak. I just happened to stop by Z-Sport Euro because my oil level kept dropping. Turns out, I needed a major seal replaced and Z-Sport spotted the problem right away and repaired within the day at a very reasonable price. On Christmas day, my starter went out. I called Z-Sport to leave a message that I would be towing my car to their shop and putting the key in their drop box. They contacted me the next day to tell me they had diagnosed the issue as being the starter and they had the OEM part in stock. They completed this extensive job in one day and changed the oil. Again, for a fair price. Z-Sport has been very good and I would recommend them to any other BMW owners. read more

Brought a car in to replace a part that was throwing a code, told them what part was needed and what to replace. Got a call saying the job was not the only thing needed and was then estimated over 2 grand for an originally $200 dollar job, labor included. Decided to do the job myself the shop still charged 160 dollars in labor to run the code and test. If you want to get charged out the ass for a "30 year veteran mechanic" to do the same thing auto zone can for free, by all means, go with z sport. If you want honesty and openness, take your car AMYWHERE else. :) read more

I can't say enough about the entire staff at Zsport! I have a 2001 BMW M3 that I had taken to another shop to have serviced due to the check engine light being on. After spending over $800 the light came back on the next day. We then took the car to Mark at ZSport and they spent countless hours diagnosing, researching, and fixing it. They provided me with a loaner which is UNHEARD OF in my personal experience. The entire staff went above and beyond for a minimal price and Mark not only made sure we were happy but he also checked in with us a week later to make sure we had no other issues. My cars will not go to another shop from this point forward! You won't go wrong taking your car to this top notch shop! read more

Mark and his crew were simply amazing and trustworthy which seems hard to find in this day in age of automobile service and repair. We had a major problem with the BMW and Mark took his time fixed it and then we had a second flare up with the car and Mark was more than fair in dealing with that and making sure the vehicle is safe and reliable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a good mechanic that is fair and honest and yet will give you the choice to fix it or not at your own discretion and give you a fair estimate of what he thinks is wrong with the car. I highly recommend Mark and his crew and I would not hesitate to bring any vehicle back to them. Mark thank you again for all your help and assistance with making our vehicle serviced and reliable. read more

I drive a 2009 BMW 328i and have been very happy with the service I received in Seattle and Kirkland (not the dealerships). Now that I am working in Everett it is too difficult to get to my regular shop in Ballard. This shop actually has a higher labor rate then I've paid in Seattle but they do very good work. Exceptionally good customer service from Lindsay and Mark explained things in detail. He was patient and willing to repeat things I didn't understand first time around. This place is great. I chose it because it was the only car shop that had the BMW diagnostic tools I needed before going into Seattle. I knew nothing about this place. Well, this is the only place I will go now. Better service than the dealership! Mark took great care of me and answered all my questions; sent me pictures on my phone of the things that needed work etc. I was in Europe and he was still working with me. After my car was done he even stored for a month til I got back to the states free of charge. I came in,my car was waiting for me all detailed. I could not of asked for better service.
