A St. Charles hidden gem! I cross the missouri just for Yummy House ramen. It's my go to spot when I want something comforting and affordable. Not a fancy place, but what it lacks in ambiance is made up for in the quality of the food which always seems to be made with care.

I was only here for a brief moment. I found this location on a yelp review that came up on my feed. Honestly, I just came here to try it out for the name because I thought it was absolutely adorable, but I was thoroughly impressed with the promise of the to go order and customer service I came in I went and saw a greeted. I told them I was there for a to go order and gave my name. The employee had me verify my order before handing it to me. I really like this extra touch to make sure that I had everything that I had ordered versus just handing me the bag with my name on it. Ambience was very quiet and Qwaint. The food was delicious, full of flavor and extremely fresh!

It's finals week! I had week eight assignments plus the need to study for my final, needed comfort food to help me over the bleh. Ordered delivery through DoorDash, it arrived with my tea in the bag and the broth in a separate container than the ramen - individual to mix. I liked this aspect, being able to add the amount of broth I wanted, and it kept the ramen fresh. Also had crab Rangoon, did not get a picture of them, but would highly recommend them as a starter. Check them out: dine-in, pick-up, or delivery.

Delicious flavorful broth. Both our bowls were delicious. I wish the eggs were a little more jammy, but that is just a personal preference. I appreciate that each bowl is served with 2 egg halves instead of just one. Fresh, hot edamame that was well seasoned The boba was good but a tad sweet for my taste. The server was sweet and helpful. The dining area was clean and it was nice that they had chopsticks, forks and spoons on each table.

Nudo House in Creve Coeur absolutely lives up to the hype, especially if you are hunting for a…read morestellar vegetarian bowl. I dropped in on a Saturday evening and ordered the **Shroomed Up** ramen, and it was a ramen masterclass in a bowl. The broth managed to be incredibly rich and deeply savory-sweet all at once, without ever feeling heavy. It was loaded with thick, substantial slabs of mushrooms, tender-cooked bok choy, and the noodles were the star of the show--thick and perfectly cooked to that ideal sweet spot where they aren't too chewy but have zero mushiness. Even with a line stretching out the door when we arrived, the wait wasn't tedious, and we reached the counter reasonably fast. The ordering process is standard counter service, but the staff member who took our order was incredibly nice, polite, and helpful, practically predicting my questions as I was looking over the menu. The same employee even brought our bowls out to us. The space was definitely crowded for a weekend night, but the seat-yourself setup worked out perfectly for the two of us; we still had three tables to choose from. The interior has a great energy with fun, East-Asian and Japanese-themed decor lining the walls. The Breakdown Food Quality: 5+/5 + Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Vibe: 4/5 Quality/Value: 4/5 **Pro Tip:** Don't let a Saturday evening line out the door scare you off! The counter service team moves people through the queue efficiently, and if you are dining in a small group of two, the table turnover is quick enough that you'll still easily find a spot to sit down.

Once inside, I was directed to a table in the corner. The service was prompt, and we received our orders quickly. A younger gentleman approached us and seemed a bit confused when I asked about the drink menu. We were looking for sake, and they had a decent selection of both wine and sake, but nothing particularly exciting. We decided to try the Hana white peach sake, which was a pleasant surprise. The food menus were in a state of disrepair, with staples holding them together. We started with some appetizers, including pork gyoza, crab rangoon, and spicy edamame. The pork gyoza was delicious, but the crab rangoon was quite crunchy and flakey with not much flavor. The spicy edamame tasted like it had been soaked in Franks' Hot sauce or Sriracha sauce, which I wasn't a fan of. I wish I had ordered them regular instead. For sushi, I opted for a shrimp tempura roll and a rainbow roll, both of which satisfied my craving. Overall, it was a decent experience for the price, but nothing stands out that would bring me back again and again like other places. I might come back and try the ramen and see if that changes my mind.

Located in the Delmar Loop, there are a lot of good restaurants but I highly encourage you to check this spot out. While I dined in, it seems perfect for takeout too. We were visiting WashU for a college tour, and afterward decided to wander around the Delmar Loop, where we stumbled upon Corner 17. Checking in is simple: you walk up to the front, give them your cellphone number and name, and they text you when it's your turn. Our wait was surprisingly quick -- about 15 minutes before we were seated. The tables were spotless, almost too spotless -- they had a faint chlorine smell, but honestly, that just made them feel extra clean. Once seated, we ordered their hand‑pulled beef stew noodles and beef tripe noodles, and both dishes were absolutely phenomenal. The texture of the noodles, the depth of the broth, the richness of the beef -- everything was on point. We also grabbed a few appetizers, and they were just as impressive. Overall, the experience was wonderful. The food is outstanding, the service is smooth, and watching the chefs actually pull and stretch noodles right in front of you is a highlight all on its own. We're already planning to come back.
