I was not greeted or acknowledged professionally and was simply told to "have a seat," without any explanation of the process or what to expect next. After waiting for 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, there was still no communication regarding the delay or an estimated wait time. The lack of basic courtesy and communication made it clear that my appointment time was not being respected. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, especially given that the appointment was pre-scheduled through Apple. As a result, I have lost confidence in using this location for any future Apple product support and do not plan to return.

Upon checking the status today, the status of "Pending Processing- Payment information has been received" has remained unchanged from the date of the order. My American Express Credit card was charged the same date the order was placed which leads me to believe that the status you are displaying is misleading to consumers. I have called and left 2 voicemails to the 1-800-650-4006 number without a single call back. I expect an update by the end of the business day today. I am relying on receiving this computer on or before the end of the week Friday Sunday May 1, 2022.
