My family and I are huge sushi fans and Yoko did not disappoint! The Maguru is phenomenal - it is so fresh and healthy. I could not stop raving about it. The cooked meals are amazing as well. We ordered the fried chicken and garlic rice, chicken fried rice, kids chicken ramen, and garlic spicy edamame. 10/10 for every dish and will be our new local sushi spot. Hooray! I'm so grateful to have visited this restaurant this week. The design of the restaurant was modern and clean. I LOVE the colorful One Piece mural and loved how it was playing One Piece the anime. The menu is large, so there's truly something for everyone. I ordered the 78 roll (easily top 5 best rolls I've EVER had, and Im previously pescatarian!) and yellow chicken curry. My partner got a spicy salmon roll and a yummy pad Thai noodle dish. I was absolutely blown away with the flavor they packed into the dishes. (78 roll) It was truly something I'd never had before and I find myself craving the taste and texture daily. I will recommend this place to everyone I know and all of my clients. SO GOOD!! read more

This is definitely our new staple for sushi and fried rice. We got the golden chicken fried rice and it was very delicious. The star of the show was the crispy shrimp roll followed by the cowboy roll. Both were fan favorites. The restaurant is very clean and aesthetic. We were greeted by multiple people when we walked in and had exceptional service from Jasmine throughout the meal. 10/10 Will be back! read more

Overall experience wasn't the greatest. Food was good but the service was not at all. We had Sofia as our server, she seemed nice at first. Our drinks took over 25 minutes to come out. We ordered at 6:10 I remember because I checked what time happy hour was over and saw we had over 15 more minutes. At 6:35 I let her know we were still waiting for our drinks and only then did she go and make them. She apologized and brought them out a few minutes later, we were understanding because there was no bartender working the bar although we came on a Tuesday night and it wasn't packed. We ordered another round and these came out overly sweet, (the first ones were great and we let her know that we loved the first ones she poured us) we kindly asked her if there was anyway we could get them remade and she instantly got defensive and said they make them the exact same way every time. She even said her boss watched her make them just to be sure which was not true as I had clear sight of her as she made them and no one watched her make the drinks. She then said she would "ask" her boss what she could do. She came back and said her boss "hadn't said anything" but that she would take them off the bill. She again insisted they were made the exact same way. As if we were lying to her, the drinks were clearly still full so not sure what she thought we were trying to get out of it we didn't ask for our money back or anything. We just could not drink them like that. Her only solution was to take them off the bill. In other words I won't bother remaking them for you guys. Just left a bad taste for us, I think it should be ok to ask for someone to remake something without getting defensive . She also seemed to be annoyed with me mentioning our drinks but I only did so because it had been a while and I saw that no one was working on them, like I said there was no actual bartender there. Just two girls waiting tables/making drinks and two people making sushi. The waiting wouldn't have been such an issue if she handled it better. Anyway just wasn't the best experience doubt we will be back. read more

The sushi is always good and the service. The negative and why I couldn't give a 5star was the Thai food options on the menu. The Thai food ordered was very dry. I've been to several Thai food places and this wasn't a place I'd go for Thai food. Noodle Wave and Sabaidee Lao would be my choice for Thai close by. read more

This is a new spot that opened near by my apartment in Sachse and was amazing can't wait to come back. Definitely my new go to spot. High quality fish with amazing presentation and taste. Got the yellowtail heaven, Royce roll, roll 78, and Roman roll. All rolls were 10/10 highly recommend the roll 78! Was well priced and great service everything came super quick. read more

My wife and I have already been twice since the opening. The first time I had the green curry, which was very tasty. The second time we went my wife and I got an assortment of sushi. It was all very good. The temperature and texture of the fish was perfect. The sake taco appetizer was probably one of the best things I've had in recent memory. The decor is nicely done without sacrificing comfort.
