I can't really recommend something that totally depends on your personal taste, but if they have a flavor you'll like, then you'll be fine. If it's clean, I like the atmosphere and the food, and the staff are not a bunch of fascists, then I "star" accordingly. Details about prices, particular flavors, and comparisons to "other" fro-yo huts 20 miles away are not, IMHO, that much use to society at large. My kids *love* to come here and spend their allowance. So if they do their chores with gusto because of this place then I consider it a necessary societal institution and I would *almost* choose my next neighborhood on the basis of it's proximity to a similar establishment. Coupons and deals: I can't believe no one has mentioned the Loyalty Card, buy 9 get the 10th free??? A family of four gets a free fro-yo every third trip! Also, as mentioned by other helpful reviewers, there are printable coupons on the web and of course on the reciepts at the Kroger across the way. Perhaps I went on an off day but I wasn't too bi of a fan. The Tahitian Vanilla had an interesting bite to it as did the cake batter. I enjoyed the yogurt more from another company. I will say that the establishment was clean and friendly. read more

Yogurt Zone is a little on the pricey side. I got a little of the Strawberry Sensation, a little Cookies and Cream and split my toppings between the ores crumbles and strawberries. It was almost $7.00 which seems steep. But it sure was delicious on this hot day. read more

The owner is over protective to all the place does not make for a warm inviting place the son stood behind us the entire time we were filling our cups checking their machines as if lol not the most welcoming feeling at all and then when we got to the front the dad ( owner ) watched everything we did like very uncomfortably and even pulled a few things back right after we used it making us feel as if we were contaminating the product The stuff is fresh but it's not the best welcoming place I would want to go again. I will not come back for some time that's for sure it's very werid experience. read more

I love their Irving-Las Colinas Location! friendly staff, decent crowd and always clean! ..we are like 20mins drive from Coppell and absolutely don't mind driving there..It's a feast for my kids! I love froyo and have been to a lot of different places around DFW, but this place is nothing special at all. Their competition across the street is a lot better, but apparently these guys are always open so maybe that's why they're so "popular." First off it is SOOO small it here, I mean tiny! And gets pretty crowded. So much so I could literally smell other people's B.O. around me, gross! For some reason this place attracts "that crowd," the kind that doesn't bathe for some reason. I'm not even joking. Huge variety of toppings which was the only really plus, but it's all like crushed candy. If it's something sweet and crushable they'll put it in a cup as a topping, so not real original but I like candy so it was a nice crutch I suppose. Also not a huge selection of flavors, but the ones they did have were very off-the-wall and a bit strange. Nothing I was really feeling. I tried their mango, but it wasn't near as good as Sweet Frogs across the street. So again, if you like small-crowded areas with smelly people, weird flavors but PLENTY of toppings...then this is your place. Otherwise, go to Sweet Frog across the street, it's larger, better selection, more HDTVs and again...no smelly people :D read more

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place ever. It's clean, and I love all the flavors/toppings. I've been to every frozen yogurt place in the area...as well as some of the super popular ones in California. The staff are very nice. My favorite flavors are strawberry, original, and coconut. I'm also pretty simple in that I love Mochi as a topping. They have a frequent customer punch card that equals free yogurt. read more

Though the yogurt flavors are limited in comparison to some other stores, we loved the topping choices! The fruits were fresh and tasty!

Frozen yogurt is like ice cream in that it's hard not to like, but everybody's got a favorite brand. Yogurt Zone's "brand" has more of a traditional, thicker consistency and less of the sorbet consistency of many froyo places, making it more like ice cream but also heavier. The froyo flavors and topping are also similar to a traditional ice cream shop, with fewer original creations and more of the heath bar/Oreo/chocolate chip crowd pleasers. However, there's also plenty of fresh fruit for those who have enough self control to go that route. The ice cream is priced by the pound and is self serve so customers have control of the cost, and depending on your froyo craving, is pretty economical. The service was good but the shop itself is small compared to the foot traffic, and with all those tiny sticky fingers grabbing for the self serve handle... it's not somewhere I want to stay for long. read more

I have been to this location numerous times and have never been disappointed. The staff always greets me and are quick to open a second register if needed. They don't let lines build up which is nice. My favorite concoction is cake flavored yogurt with gummy bears, sour gummy worms, and both strawberry and mango bobas! Our go to FroYo Joint. Very fresh and yummy tasting frozen yogurts with different rotations. They appear to keep the best selling ones always there which is good because love the caramel pretzel flavor and belgian chocolate. Fairly priced and an abundance of topping options ranging from fresh fruit to candies to nuts. Good yogurt but one of the employees was very rude and careless. They don't have a high chair for children and when my son fell off the regular chair and got hurt they didn't care a bit. In fact when I told them you guys need to get a baby chair for kids they didn't even respond or look at me and my wife. This place is my new favorite stop whenever I'm leaving or coming home. It's right next to my place and very convenient. The yogurt isn't runny or too soft (just the way I like it) and the flavors are always changing. They have a pretty big selection of toppings as well as *gasp* Yogurt Mochi!! Not regular mochi balls (they have those too)... but Mochi balls powdered in a fine dust of yogurt chips... *DROOL*. This place is always packed no matter what time it is. This is hands down our fave fro-yo. We have tried other places, but this one is the best because: 1. Always CLEAN. Every table, every counter -- spotless. 2. Lots of choices of yogurt. 3. The most fresh fruit toppings of any place we've visited. They even have lychees, my hubby's favorite! 4. Great customer service -- the counter help is always smiling and helpful. I complimented the young man behind the counter today and told him we love this location, and he said he wasn't the manager, but he was happy to hear it. I was gonna give it 3 stars but there was amazing service by two of the workers. The vanilla yogurt tasted like perfume and very chemically. However there was one worker who had just gotten his wisdom teeth removed and still came into work. If that were me I'd be in bed for like ever.
