The creme brûlée drinks are amazing, especially mango and taro! The male employees are friendly, females I've encountered need better customer service, it's not that hard to say hi before taking order. One who didn't even take our order asked if I wanted a drink carrier for my order of 6 or if I wanted to hold it LOL and was very strict with the straw lol. Its a calm decent boba tea place, everything is not very milky and a little too sweet. I had to adjust my sugar level to 25% to fit my taste. If you are a hard fan of milky drinks, this is not for you. The prices is a little more than normal boba places which is understandable because of the location and after the pandemic, everything has gone up. Hands down my absolute favorite boba shop of all time!! An absolute 10/10 that I'd recommend to anyone. They have a pretty huge menu with tons of items varying from coffee, teas, smoothies, crème brûlées, refreshers and more! They even have a a few pastries such as croissants and bubble waffles to go along with your beverage of choice! The only downside is the space is a tad bit small, so it's not catered to large groups unfortunately (there are 2 large tables that can serve about 4-6 people each), but I feel that most customers grab and go when visiting! Staff is extremely friendly and they're so quick with their service. I've visited here during their rush hours and they absolutely bust out those drinks faster than any other beverage stop that I've been to! They are a wee bit pricey, but I feel that it's worth every penny; you get more drink than you do ice unlike other places so you definitely get your moneys worth! Had their Thai Tea with boba and it doesn't taste like your traditional Thai tea flavor from other tea shops in Bellaire. I was very disappointed. Yi Cha offers the best boba drinks around. Everything from their quality and packaging of their drinks are top notch. The ambience is modern chic. I personally enjoy their tropical fruit tea which comes with real fruit chunks in the drink. Although their tropical fruit tea is my favorite, I have tried many of their other drinks. The charcoal coco tastes like a coffee wonderland. It is coconut milk with a shot of espresso. They use whole beans and grind them upon order which is really nice. The staff takes a lot of pride in the drinks they make and make sure it is done right. The drinks not only look amazing but taste amazing as well. The breeze line of drinks are similar to smoothies. The Taro Crème Brûlée tastes really good. It's sweet and smooth. So if you are looking for a nice treat, this is the best spot. read more

I ordered a dragon fruit tea expecting to drink something mediocre. let me tell you it was the best iced tea I've had like ever.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! So my son goes in with a 3 drink order plus one for himself and comes home with 5 drinks. I can eat a fruit and just because they think customizing it wouldn't taste as good, they give the customer the way its made without telling them, instead of as its written. When he gets home, I notice the extra drink, and 2 drinks are made incorrectly. When I call, they say to just dispose of the drinks, to come down and they'll refund the one, and replace the other. I know how inventory goes, so I tell my son, take the cups back with you after tossing the liquid. I try my drink and the boba is so hard Im afraid its going to crack a tooth, so I call them back and say I'm sending this one back with him to get the money refunded, eventho they told me to just dispose of the other 2. The said fine about the 2 refunds and 1 replacement. The original extra I tell my son to dump outside (milk product) and the hard boba one dump the liquid so it doesn't accidentally spill in the car, and they can see how hard the boba is. My son missed the trash can and on the floor. I took a picture incase they didn't believe we did discard the drinks. He returned with the original extra and the hard boba one cups. They took the cups, and said the owner now says we can't replace them, so now they have my money and drinks. Refuse to replace them eventho we weren't told to bring them in, the girl said she was new, and I didnt want her possibly getting in trouble with management. He comes home with nothing and I call and they say the owner said you need to bring the drinks in, so I said if this is how you all are going to be, Im not going to drink these ones here, and return them all. 5 drinks in total charged, and the only one they didnt mess up was my sons. Today I spoke with the owner, and he says the girl told you that you had to bring the cups in, I told him, the only problem with that is, they told me to dispose of the drinks b4 talking to you, I Had to speak to 3 different women that night, and the 2nd one saying the first girl is new, and barely speaks English? The 3rd girl speaks fairly decent English,and saying the same thing about the 2nd girl when trying to take down the correct order to prepare for us to pick up. When my son gets there and he gives them the cups and shows them the picture, which they didnt even ask us to originally do, they said they wouldn't replace as per the owner. The owner today said he would replace 2, called me a liar and said I dropped the drinks outside, which if that were the case I wouldn't have brought in the cups, I would have let them think they are still at home. I also told him to look at the picture time stamp it was taken well after I talked to them on the phone. I told him I dont want anything but my money back from his shop and since she told me to dispose of the drinks, without giving me my money back, I paid for product I didnt get now. I told him I'd be calling my credit card. When I called my credit card, I found out, they gave themselves a 6.00!!!!! Tip on the credit card that I didnt authorize as well as that extra drink. Visa refunded my money and never again will I step foot in that place. read more

Just coming today and was impressed by everything. The beautiful decorations, friendly staffs and great drinks. I tried the Yicha signature and Tropical Fruit Tea. Both drinks are fantastic (order them w 75% sweetness). I was surprised by the quality of the drinks even they are self-opened brand. Would highly recommend and will be back!!! read more

They're ok, if I'm in the mood for boba tea this isn't my preferred place to go to. I've been here 2-3 times & the taro isn't flavorful & the iced matcha is really chalky. I asked the cashier if they can stir it longer & she looked confused & said "uhhhhh " I said nvm & we laughed it off. They are also pretty pricey but they offer good portion sizes. I've been three times and all three times were great honestly! The staff were very nice to me other than my most recent visit! (I stutter some cause I get nervous while ordering and the employee sounded sarcastic when speaking to me but they could have just been having a bad day) The drinks are the best I've ever had to be honest! I have tried the jasmine green milk tea which is staff recommendation, it is very very delicious, i love jasmine tea which pairs perfectly with tapioca. Tapioca is soft and fresh. Also, my son had cheese corn dog, its melted cheese inside and pork sausage. Plus, there are two wireless chargers and outlet stations look pretty cool on their wood booths. They also have free wifi. So happy that now we have a cozy tea and coffee shop in Spring area. Def will come again to try other drinks, highly recommend this trendy coffee & boba shop!! read more

I stopped by on their grand opening day and the cashier was super nice. We ordered the brown sugar boba, classic black milk tea and thai tea! There was only a few people in the store so the drinks came out quickly. One thing to note, the drinks weren't very sweet, we ordered 100% sweet and it felt more like 75% or 50% sweetness level (not a bad thing, just personal preference).
