This store really embodies the whole feel for Yeti. It has an outdoor bar and cornhole boards to top it all off! I wanted so badly to play but they were being used already. Seemed like they need some more and have more space out front to out the extras. Excellent selection in Yeti gear too. Custom shop was so cool. Nothing like personalizing your own Yeti without having to monogram it! Ha! This Yeti location is definitely the flagship store- they need more in more cities! Totally fun and interactive! It's frickin' hawt in Austin so we stopped in at Yeti for a reeeeaaaly cold drink (as advertised). It's a cool Yeti flagship store but they don't have Michigan seat covers so we sat down for a drink to watch the A's game, while everyone else was watching by the Astros game on the same TV. Best part is that they serve the beers and really excellent grapefruit cider cans in the Yeti coolie cups. The last drink is just as cold as the first, even when is a freakin 100 degrees outside. The bad part is you don't realize how fast you're (yer) drinking them. read more

I flew in from Korea wanting to get some help from the company representative about the international dealership insights since I couldn't get it from online inquiries or either customer service number. I went to the HQ and flat out got rejected by this security guy called John Santos, didn't even make it to the reception area or door. He even kicked me out of its parking lot informing me it's private property while I was looking for this flagshop address on my google map. I am a business developer and have talked or met bigger and global brands than Yeti, never have I ever encountered with this hostility and rudeness from any of them. I don't care if u make durable tumblers or coolers, you are not original in this business and there are so many others that can make it like yours and even better with best price range possible. Horrible experience that tainted my prior experience with actual products. I liked my Yeti but I am already looking for better ones in the market. Orca seems nice and all manufactured in the states. A bartender can make or break a place. This night, the bartender made it ~ a real personable, welcoming kind-of-guy. As out-of-towners on a chilly evening, we stopped in to the Yeti store to see what all the fuss was about. We decided to then catch the last quarter of Sunday night football playing on tvs at the outside bar. Can easily recommend this place as a friendly place to saddle up and head to for a drink. This is a review for the Yeti Domain store. I love Yeti products. They have allowed moms to enjoy a hot coffee that was brewed hours later. My kids love their kids' version Yetis that keep water cold. The lid options are great. We walked into the Yeti store at the Domain on a whim yesterday. The store is fine, the employees are depressing. There were three, two males and 1 female. The two males looked like they were being tortured and there was no "Welcome in" or "Can I help you find anything?" They looked seriously annoyed working there. Never made eye contact. Not once. Then we decided to purchase the Rambler 36oz bottle and the chug lid. The female behind the cash register was friendly at first. She asked for my husband's email and he politely declined because in this day and age his privacy is worth a lot more than an electronic receipt. After that she just became severely disgruntled and said absolutely nothing after handing him the receipt. No "thank you" so he had to say "thank you, have a nice day." Kids, grow the eff up. No one insulted you by saying "no, thank you." One star because we like the products. read more

FRUSTRATED WITH YETI!! WAITING FOR A WARRANTED DOG BED FOR MORE THAN A MONTH!! CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT HELP AND CANNOT PROVIDE ANOTHER CONTACT PERSON WHO CAN HELP! THEY MUST WAIT FOR THE "INQUIRY DEPARTMENT" WHO ISN'T HELPFUL EITHER!! Returned a Trailhead Dog Bed under warranty in NOVEMBER due to a defect. It was received by Yeti on 12/01/2023. Bought a $30 box at UPS to return the bed and a cheap $30 bed for the dog to use in the meantime. Found out during inquiry as to the status of the new bed that Yeti would have sent the new bed and we could use the box it came in to return the bed!! Great info after spending $60!! After numerous calls to customer service - I found one person, (Matthew), who explained why there was a delay, and started the process to get a bed to us - but he still had to wait for the "internal team" to okay it. I called today - THE BEDS ARE OUT OF STOCK in the warranty department. BUT YOU CAN ORDER THEM ON LINE!! We have no idea after more than a month as to whether this dog bed will ever be replaced! Customer service sends 20% off discounts to dissatisfied customers - but why would I ever order another item from this company after the time and money I've spent just trying to get an item from them that should have been sent out a month ago?!! Rec'd a call from YETI customer service on 01/09/2023 informing me that a Trailhead Dog Bed replacement should arrive within the next couple of days. The SKU was entered incorrectly initially and wasn't recognized by the other customer service reps. The YETI bed is the only bed that our dog hasn't damaged! Yeti famous indstructable outdoor merchandise company has fallen off their horse. We purchased 2 insulated beverage containers and when we got home they fell on the ground and the closures on the lids of both flew off in pieces If this happened while hiking up the mountain you would be quickly dehyrated. I cannot believe how easly these became stainsteel ash trays. A side note, these were purhcased at Dick's Sporting goods. There must have been 30 versions of what could be called a beverage cooler. Many, like a normal cylinder came 8 different sizes, six different colors. But some were tumblers, some had handles, some were can holders of a specific size. There too many to count and it must have taken 20 minutes to sort out the choices. Yeti, all I wanted was something to hold 16 ounces of water, please? read more

I like the Yeti as a casual bar to hang at while throwing back a couple of beers. Even though it's attached to the store where you can buy things, there is very little salesman luring or in-your-face, "we only have this bar so you'll buy some retail" vibe. You can just go, have a cold one on their patio at the south part of South Congress bridge and soak up some rays. If camper brah guy was a bar come to life, this would be it. read more

Do not be confused, this is not a retail store. Granted they do sell a few items. But this is more of a Yeti museum/hangout. They sell beer, food and have a band playing. It's a beautiful place. It has a great outdoorsy feel to it. They have a few coolers, t-shirts (they run out of medium, large & XL fast) and tumblers. They don't have anything "in the back." I have never been so frustrated with a customer service experience in my life! On 9/9/22 I ordered a YETI RAMBLER 10 OZ LOWBALL WITH MAGSLIDER LID and requested a customized logo and name. On 9/22/22, I received a confirmation email confirming that my order had been shipped. On 10/4/22, when I called a customer service representative, I was told that my order was lost and that it would need to be recreated but it would be expedited. I was told to call after 10 business days if I had not received it. On 10/19/22, I called and was told that the request to recreate my order was never made. I was then told that they could request an expedite but couldn't guarantee delivery by 10/29/22, which is the date that I need it by. Keep in mind, I placed the order seven weeks before I needed it with a typical two week time frame for delivery. I did not receive accountability for this mistake, a commitment for someone to be accountable to make it right, or a goodwill gesture for my troubles. I did nothing wrong in this transaction. Every step of the way I had to proactively reach out for a status. I will not do future business with Yeti and will encourage my sphere of influence to avoid them as well. As the customer, I (and any customer) deserves better! read more

The Yeti cooler show is not pricy to pimp it up. Can skin it, change rope colors, add a seat, and plus more options. Besides a retail store it is part museum. Can spend time to learn about famous Austin people. If you thought that was it think again for there is a bar and stage here! For SXSW this place was rockin! I came here with a group of 5 because we were riding our BIRD scooter around and it was scorching hot outside so we needed to cool down somewhere with an AC. I did not know this was the YETI flagship store. We walked in and looked around the store. We saw that they had pretty cool gears with really good quality. There was a lounge area with their equipment and chairs where you get to sit down and watch their video. The best part that there is a bar in front of the store outside and they provided cold water! I love this store! People were friendly and answered all my questions. I was throughly impressed with the quality of their items. They carry high quality (but expensive) coolers, that will last you a lifetime. They also carry tumblers, hats, T-shirt's and sweaters. We walked away with a couple of nice T-shirt's and baseball caps. We were given these funny stickers to add to your vehicle or whatever you want. Since I'm flying, I didn't buy the cooler, but it's on my wish list and will complete my purchase online when I fly back home. Thank you Yeti folks! We asked if they had a product in the back and while one employees was looking another talked with us about our dogs. We spent a while outside at the bar as well. Sara the bar tender was great. We went to the Yeti Flagship store for the Kyle Park album release concert. It was a really good time. We hadn't been to the store yet and they have a really cool setup. They do a nice job of tying in a local Austin vibe. They have displays of Franklin BBQ pits and a they also have a patio bar with really decently priced beer and snack options. I had no idea they had such a wide variety of items for sale. I simply thought yeti sold coolers and tumblers. On December 1, 2023 my husband and I purchased a customized Yeti RAMBLER® 20 OZ TUMBLER WITH MAGSLIDER™ coffee mug for our son's Christmas stocking. Before Christmas we called Yeti Customer Support (CS) line multiple times as the tracking information kept changing and made no sense. The CS team could not help. Finally, today (the day after Christmas), UPS indicated that the item is lost. So I called the Yeti Customer Support (CS) line again as instructed by UPS. The CS agent at Yeti was condescending (seemingly annoyed that I had an issue) and he said he had no authority to refund my money or to reship the order. The CS agent also said he would send a request to another department for review, but he could not estimate when the other department would review our refund request. He said 7 to 10+ days to get a response from the other department. I also asked for a CS manager to contact me - but no one has. Having a lost item can happen. Having a CS team that can not address such a basic issue is unacceptable. I won't be buying Yeti anymore. read more

I hate to admit this, but the Yeti flagship store was one of my favorite places in Austin. I wasn't shopping for a bunch of Yeti stuff (though we did grab some tumblers for the kids), but I saw the outdoor bar, and thought I'd give it shot. They had a great selection of canned beers (including ciders for my gluten free needs) along with light snacks. The bartender Jamie (for Jameson) was the best! He was knowledgeable, fun, gruff, and attentive ... all in a good way. Add nice people hanging out, some with adorable puppies, and I was hooked. The location has a view of Congress, near the bridge, for people watching. This is a great (quiet) place to kill some time in Austin. read more

After walking around in the 100+ degree temps, the ice cold ($3) beer was a welcome sight!! The kids enjoyed playing cornhole on the deck while we cooled off.
