He had our model in the store and took the time to show us the other seat, blow it up and latch it to make sure it would work. SOLD! I bought 2 seats and 2 paddles then, took his suggestion to get 2 cup holders to see about rigging them as possible pole holders. Really happy with the customer service and great showroom. I'm in between sizes depending on shoes, brand and design (6-6.5 US Women) and typically wear lightweight socks with all year-round boots. To my surprise the Blundstone Original Chelsea # 510 in size 3 (AU/UK) = 36 EU fit just right. I wore my new boots to Vancouver, and they were comfortable right out of the box, no need to break them in. I thought they'd have two levels, but it's only one here. There are so many employees at each corner. When it gets crowded, it's pretty claustrophobic. There are a few lounge chairs in the center of the store, which is where I hung out as my buddies shopped. There's a small shoe section in the back corner. They have free guest WiFi!
