She recommended I spend a few minutes walking around the fitting area to get a good feel of the boot to determine the best fit. I'm in between sizes depending on shoes, brand and design (6-6.5 US Women) and typically wear lightweight socks with all year-round boots. To my surprise the Blundstone Original Chelsea # 510 in size 3 (AU/UK) = 36 EU fit just right. I wore my new boots to Vancouver, and they were comfortable right out of the box, no need to break them in. The prices can be a little high but you are paying for the convenience and the service, not something you are going to find buying online. I will warn you though that the place is VERY packed, just crammed full of goodies, so it can be hard to find what you are looking for and those who are mobility impaired might have a tough time getting around.
