My patience for the day was drained when I came here to drop off an item... No one was at the front counter to help me .. I rang the service bell for about 15 mins straight,I didn't even get a "we will be right with you or can you hold please " just silence . I ended up leaving my item there with a note I created with the stationary that was on the counter. The day I came back to get my item was another kind of torture. There was two of them serving the front counter this time and for 20 mins (no joke) they were trying to locate the items of the customer ahead me.. we were both frustrated waiting in no AC.. It was finally my time ALAS! Took 10 more min to find my item and the price was higher than what he told me on the phone. The cleaning was standard but didn't honor my 50% off coupon for new customers. He found some excuse not to honor it on my full order. He tried to say they already gave 25%. Why would I be okay with just 25%. I did tell him about the coupon when I dropped off the items. Pricing seems to be exorbitantly higher than most cleaners in the area even with coupon. I absolutely hate doing this especially for a small business but I have no. Right off the bat, their customer service on the phone is atrocious, which isn't uncommon for a dry cleaner but still, I will never understand that approach. But the reason for my 2 star review is because 1 of the 2 comforters I dropped off came back still slightly wet and with small orangey stains that definitely were not there when we dropped off the comforter. The owner did a great job at cleaning my leather jacket in about a week! He was honest about what he's able to do and he did a fantastic job. My leather jacket was pretty dirty and he did a great job at cleaning the leather and maintaining the integrity of the leather. It was still soft and buttery! The price was very reasonable as well. I came to these cleaners because I live very close by. The man up front is so nice & pleasant to talk to. He was also making me laugh because of how modest he was when he said "This will be a tough one!" after he saw what he was going to be working with. Haha My boyfriend had gone on a yacht a couple months back & his brother spilled coffee all over his white Ralph Lauren sweatshirt. With 2+ months of it sitting in his closet, I decided to finally bring it in. I was so impressed when I came back for pick up... the stain was completely removed AND the sweatshirt looked better than new. For that to only be $10 in just a weeks time, it AMAZED me. I'm pleased with the cleaning service (both drycleaning and laundering of shirts), and even more impressed with the quality of alterations I've ordered (moreso than places I've been than specialize in alterations)! The staff is extremely friendly. I must not be considered that much of a "regular", as I'm not automatically offered discounts during my visits. This place is the only cleaners I trust. I have brought many different types of cloth that other places have turned Down but yes cleaners have accepted them and turn them from bad to great.
