I stopped by Yeiboh kitchen for a back to school event. I was so excited for this culinary experience, this has been on my list for a while, I have seen a ton of videos on TikTok and Instagram. Yeiboh kitchen offers a unique culinary oasis offering Asian and American dishes. Their goal is to create an unforgettable dining experience. I enjoyed the island wings, with jerk spice, peppers and wasabi ranch. These wings were delicious and they were grilled, they do pack a bit of heat. I also enjoyed the crab and shrimp fried rice with crab legs, I loved the dish and the presentation, the fried rice is a bit on the sweeter side because of the hoisin sauce. I enjoyed the food and service, I'll be returning. Overall the ambiance is amazing, the restaurant is a bit on the smaller side. The parking is limited.
Recently revisited this spot for a proper sit down meal. Unfortunately we were seated in a makeshift covered outdoor seating in the back with unleveled seating in conjunction with the low table and extremely dim lighting and bugs. Not the best ambience for a date night. The lobster Mac was so dry and unenjoyable but the lobster tail was tasty! Not sure how I feel about the dinner menu but brunch is great here!
This was a spontaneous visit based on social media videos. The decor alone made the trip worth it. They do not accept reservations, most likely due to their popularity. Although it is air conditioned fans were placed throughout the waiting area. Staff also circulated to take drink orders as we waited to be seated. When our table was ready, our table was nestled in the dining area. No fans were needed there. Playing off the food was beautiful. Our party enjoyed their selections. Our dress was casual though many tables came ready celebrate birthdays and such.
Yeiboh's Kitchen was phenomenal from the beginning to the end of my visit. The hostess was warm and inviting when I arrived shortly after the restaurant opened for dinner on Saturday night. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Dock, the star bartender for the night. I say Dock was a star because not only were his drinks absolutely beautiful (and strong), but he was personable and attentive to everyone at the bar all throughout the night, even when he was slammed and busy! As someone who loves solo dining, plan to be back multiple times or bring people with you because you are going to want to try many things on the menu. My appetite only allowed for me to try the Brussels sprouts (a must) and the Jerk honey glazed lollipop lamb chops (loved it), but everything that came out the kitchen looked amazing. I also like that the kitchen is open. I appreciate being able to peek into the magic happening.
Mr. E and I are on a mission to support more Black owned businesses, and started the new year out by enjoying brunch at Yeiboh Kitchen in Baltimore, MD. It was a gorgeous day, the first Sunday in January, 2026. We arrived at 11:00 am, when they open, because we wanted to make sure to be ahead of the well documented Sunday brunch crowd. Yeiboh Kitchen does not take reservations (although they do reserve for special parties/events). Yeiboh Kitchen has an intimate outside patio dining area in front for that alfresco experience. When we entered, we were greeted warmly, and waited in comfy chairs for about 10 minutes in the cozy foyer complete with fireplace, before being seated. There was a mix of smooth R&B and mellow Hip Hop flowing on the PA system - and then the DJ set it up, and continued the vibe! The bar, open kitchen, and cheerful wait staff enhanced our anticipation of the food that was in store! We were not disappointed! I had the Jerk Honey Glazed Lollipop Lamb Chops AND Grits! It comes with 3 chops, cooked to your specification. (Medium for me) I was trying to scrape my plate for the last morsel of grits, and suck the Lamb bones, it was so good! The hubby ordered the Deep Fried Salmon and Grits, served with a savory Cajun cream sauce, scallion and tomatoes - and 2, fluffy scrambled eggs! He absolutely loved his meal! We also had the Deep Fried Biscuit Flight. Three biscuits - Salted Caramel Apple, Strawberry Cream, and Banana Pudding - perfectly fried in a way you would not even think they were fried, but for that ever-so light, crispy texture on the crust, and every bite - perfection! I cannot say which biscuit I enjoyed the most - I'll need to visit a few more times to make a determination! For beverages, we had coffee, and I ordered my (usual) mimosa. Our server, "Ms. Sunday," was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The Chef, Mr. Chris Davis, greeted us at our table during the meal, which was a wonderful, elegant touch! He explained about the fried biscuits (without giving away too much!)- and we complimented him on his culinary innovations in the kitchen! The Sunday brunch patrons began to arrive around noon, and by the time we left - close to 1:00pm, it was jumping! If you are in or near Baltimore, or plan to travel to the area soon, please put this restaurant on your list. Parking is at a premium, so if you can, arrive by Uber or Lyft. The experience will be well worth the trip!
We chose Yebo for our one year anniversary dinner and while it wasn't our first choice to do with kids, the evening was enjoyable and smooth. The service was genuinely great--attentive without hovering--and the dishes (we mostly ordered off HH small plates menu) came out surprisingly fast, which every parent can appreciate. We sat on the back patio, and it gave the whole night a relaxed, almost mini-getaway vibe. Not always easy to pull off a date-night feel with little ones, but this came close. Already looking forward to coming back for happy hour and soaking it in a bit longer. See you soon! I only had a margarita off the HH menu and it tasted a little watered down, which is why I took off a star. I'll definitely be back with a full drink review!
The restaurant was busy which I took as a good sign but it seemed later in the day the restaurant had one waiter/ bar tender for the rest of the restaurant or at least our section. The atmosphere was beautifully decorated and had outdoor patio options. The food wasn't that great outside of the Brussels sprouts and the shrimp tacos. I ordered pan fried fish (snapper I think). The fish was seasoned okay, but there were so many bones I wasn't able to enjoy it. It was accompanied by a parboiled rice pilaf, which fell flat to me. If they would butterfly the fish and add more depth to the seasoning it'd be a substantial difference. Unfortunately, the drinks also fell short and weren't particularly memorable. Overall, the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and a couple of cool appetizers, but I think there is room for improvement in the execution of some of the entrées and beverages.
We ordered drinks. The mojito mint tea a non alcoholic drink was delicious. I had the Japanese's side car which was also good. We ordered the Island wings which were slightly charred and fall off the bone. All of the entrees were enjoyable. I had the Asian ribeye with mushrooms, and a side of Brussel Sprouts. Surf and turf and lamb chops. Service was good with our waitress and several other people. Very comfortable atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Definitely would come again.
Special thanks for accommodating us last minute. In the area for my niece's graduation from Morgan State. Once we decided to brunch found out last reservation had passed but when my other niece explained the situation that her sister just graduated from Morgan State they gave us a reservation but warned review menu as upon arrival we will need to place order. We had a great time. It was very cosy and welcoming. Food was on point wish I lived closer so as to try other items. Our server very engaging and knowledgeable. She made our dining experience top notch. Will definitely return when on the area again.
My son took me here Mother's Day weekend. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The restaurant is welcoming with inviting Afrocentric decor. The food was soooooo delicious. From the deviled egg shrimp to the lobster macaroni to our desserts. Chef's kiss
I enjoyed my brief experience at this bar. I like the narrow set up where you pass the bar, into a small dining room and into a quaint outdoor patio. I tried a custom drink and the fried rice. It was very tasty and not spicy at all.
The ambiance, the staff, and the food--what an experience. I can't say enough about my recent visit to Yebo Kitchen. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. The jerk lamb chops were hands down my favorite. The fried rice complemented the dish perfectly, and the addition of green beans was the perfect finishing touch. The drinks were crafted just right. To end the meal, I had the lemon crunch cake served warm--and I had to stop myself from ordering another one to go. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.
Someone greats you at the door when you first walk in. There is a front bar area, then the open kitchen, and a lovely dining room. We sat at the bar. We got a biscuit flight. The flight has an apple, banana and strawberry biscuit. All of them were great. The biggest surprise was the biscuit was fried. I would have thought that would make the biscuit heavy and greasy. But the biscuit was perfect. Next was the garlic pepper shrimp. These were perfectly fried and drizzling with some magic butter or oil. Then it was on top of crunchy wonton strips. The jalapenos on top give it the perfect amount of spice. Not as spicy as you would think. The lamb chops were the best, meatiest (is that a word) I have ever had. I'm just going to leave it there. The Thai crab fried rice was light, fluff and delicious. The drinks were also great and the ice cube even had an orange slice. I can go on and on but you should just go. Black owned and delicious.

Yebo Kitchen is great restaurant to try rather for a date night. Link up with the girls or just to get together with friends. There is street parking so do be prepared to look for parking. The ambiance and decor is really cute. However, The space of the restaurant is small but they make it work where is does not feel congested The service was okay and a tad bit slow. There is room for improvement but once our server was introduced to us he was on point and took care of us for the remainder of the evening. But the food made up for it. The food was amazingly good. Great for the portion size and very fulfilling . The brussel sprouts will make you slap your mama though, they were so good. So please do try those when you visit. So I will say this restaurant is chef kiss so do try them out read more
I was excited to try Yebo kitchen as I came across it on tik tok. Nestled in Baltimore proper this venue has a front and back patio, bar seating and dining area. The staff here was nice and the food came out fast, a little too fast as we got our appetizers ans entrees within minutes of each other. Unfortunately the food was not hot honestly. Here is how I rank the food Jerk wings - 7.5/10 - good flavor and has a kick Lamp chops -8/10 - the veggies had too much soy sauce Crab egg rolls 8/10 - def would have them again Pasta- 6/10 - past and meat ratio was lacking and this dish was luke warm. I'm def pulling back up and giving this spot another shot. I would probably sit outside as the inside dining area can get loud. read more

Came here for happy hour with my family. I decided to get the wings and the Brussels sprouts. The place is like a hidden gem on Maryland Ave. Upon entering the restaurant the staff was very polite and friendly. The Brussel sprouts were really good. The wings were good also. The sauce on the side of the plate for the wings had a spicy kick to them. I love spicy. It's very small on the inside and the tables are very close together. They also have seating outside as well. read more

I came here for brunch on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm. It was BUSY and there was a line out the door for people waiting to be seated. I didn't mind because they are a new restaurant and I was expecting a wait, especially on a Sunday. My friend and I only waited for about 10 min or less and we were at the front waiting to be seated. The inside is very beautiful but we opted to sit outside because the wait was less. We were basically seated right away after that. The hostess was very friendly and apologized for the wait anyway. I got a Sangria and kale Caesar salad to start. They did originally put in the wrong kale salad but it was fixed without an issue and the right one came out pretty quickly. Because it was very busy there was a decent wait to receive your meals and appetizers. So much so that the food came out sporadically and not necessarily in order. The bar was also backed up so getting drinks took a while as well. Despite the wait, the food was delicious. I really really enjoyed my Caesar kale salad. The dressing was creamy, iykyk!!! I also ordered hot cakes with a side of bacon. The bacon was not cooked crispy which I didn't really like. It was pretty light skinned but I still ate it and picked around the fatty parts. The hot cakes were sooo good. Crispy edges, dense but kind of fluffy and sweet. The vanilla crème on top was good as well. I would absolutely order it again. I did try my friends jerk wings and they were okay. I don't think I would order them myself though. The table next to us was a good time and they let me try the banana split desert. It was very very good!! Nice and sweet and refreshing! The sangria was good as well, no complaints there. Overall, I would definitely come back to try the lobster fried rice and many other items. I would also like to see the dining room since I sat outside. I suggest you try this place out for yourself. You won't be disappointed! read more

I came for happy hour and to chill with friends on a Thursday evening . About 15 minutes after opening there was not much of a crowd, but it started to pick up more between 6:30 and 7:30pm. The prices are on the more expensive side for what you get, but I guess it makes up for it in ambience, especially on the back deck. GLOWS: -They have a variety of seating options, from the front patio to the back patio. -There is music playing on both patios (although I think the playlist looped 3 times in our short stay in the front, so more songs could be added) ---- There is a DJ in the back (on Thursdays only I believe) -The jerk wings were really good! GROWS: -During happy hour, if the hostess would make clear the areas in which happy hour is available, it would save some time and confusion when picking where to be seated for the evening. I came specifically for happy hour, so I had to do some moving around. -The mint lemonade from the sober bar menu was very syrupy and thick. Cutting back on the sweetener and adding club soda, making it a spritz, would make it more refreshing. read more

I am glad I had a chance to visit Yebo Kitchen, a relatively new Black-owned restaurant in Station North. I am a huge fan of Yebo Kitchen's ambiance. It speaks to the promise of Baltimore and all that it could be. To see so many chic people in an airy, well-adorned environment. They don't take reservations, so it's first come, first served. On the bright side, you can monitor your place on the waitlist on the Yelp app. The interior is cozy and inviting as I alluded to earlier. On the day we went, the staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. We waited at least 15 minutes just to be greeted by our waiter. Then we didn't see our waiter again until it was time to settle the check. Sadly, we needed drink refills that never came. On to the food. Everything was good though I wouldn't say that it was spectacular. For instance, the grits were not as seasoned as I would have imagined. The presentation, however, was immaculate. I would certainly come back again in some time so the wrinkles in service can be worked out. 8/10 read more

It is with such a heavy heart that I have to leave a 2-star review. The customer service was AMAZING! The owner, bartender, waitstaff, everyone was exceptional. The venue is beautiful. The patrons were all friendly, engaging, and I had an amazing evening; however, the food all of my friends raved about this restaurant, so I had to give it a shot. I got the butterfish (cod) on the happy hour menu. It was cooked very well, tender and flaky. My only complaint was that it was smothered in a teriyaki like sauce. I feel like the food should speak for itself, so that threw me a little. The salad it came atop of was delicious. I also ordered the lobster mac n cheese... now this is where my dining experience took a horrible turn. This dish was not only not good, it was actually something I simply couldn't eat. The pasta had a mushy texture with a milky sauce that hadn't blended well into the pasta. They baked about 4 different types of cheeses on top which would've been great had the cheese sauce been a little thicker and the pasta well cooked. I didn't send it back because I didn't want to make a fuss, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with mac n cheese yet it was the most expensive I've ever spent on it. My total bill, after buying a round of drinks for some new found friends, came up to $161 with tip yet I was very disappointed with the food. I believe it mustn't have been a great night for the chef bc I've heard amazing things about their food... mine just didn't hit the mark. The drinks were great and the vibes were great! read more

My GF & I decided to check out Yebo Kitchen esp since reservations were available on Easter Sunday. We were greeting and checked in on time. Maybe with about a 10 minute wait time before seating. This is a cute women owned business near the north Avenue art district. I didn't know it was there but was taken for a late birthday dinner. They have a seated section, bar and front outdoor patio. Great place. The staff is wonderful. I love the decor. I attended a Happy Hour event so I sat on the patio. I'm not sure if the DJ is there every evening but the music was great. I forgot the name of the second strawberry drink but it was recommended by the server. It was delicious!! The short ribs were great but I wish they served more. The fried green beans were pretty good too. I've heard a lot of good things about brunch. I will definitely go back. read more

I absolutely love this restaurant!!! It's definitely on my top 5 new restaurants in the area. The vibe is so classy and modern, the staff members are beautiful always dressed nice and polite! I've only been to dinner in the bar area for dinner-- get there early to get a nice seat. Try to make reservations for a better experience overall! my drinks are always good, the food is cooked to order so be patient!!! Perfect for a friends date, a solo date or all the above!! I can't wait to try their brunch next!!! read more
I've been to this spot now for brunch and dinner. I will say I enjoyed brunch the best ( I only had an assortment of appetizers for dinner.) BREAKFAST I tried the short rib, mash dish and that was very very, very tasty. I would definitely get that again. The drinks are reasonably priced and I enjoyed those as well. The party that I with really enjoyed their dishes as well. They had the jerk wings and avocado toast. DINNER: When I tried dinner, I had the crab eggrolls and brussels sprouts. The crab egg rolls were missing filling so to me it was a little dry. Seating was a little awkward for both occasions. But I found outdoor seating during warmer months a little bit more pleasant. The inside is a little small, so the outdoor seating in the winter was covered and heated, but not as comfortable. Definitely worth trying. I'll be back a third time for sure. Make sure to make a reservation before going as there may be a wait if you walk in. read more

As a former NYer, I love good food and a vibe.. Yebo achieved both. The narrow bar area reminds me so much of the small space restaurants back home but they managed to make it feel cozy and not crowded. The food was DELICIOUS.. The jerk wings 10/10.. will be ordering a minimum of 2 orders per visit. They managed the perfect level of charred and spice, allowing us to also enjoy the wasabi sauce on the side The fried rice 10/10.. the whole fried branzino held its own but the fried rice was the star of my dish. My husband enjoyed his lobster Mac& cheese and his lamb chops. We returned to try their brunch menu and I highly recommend the strawberry shortcake biscuits..and did I say get the jerk wings?! Drinks are also delicious. read more

Yebo Kitchen has been on my list forever and I was so excited to finally check them out! I've gone for brunch and happy hour now. For happy hour, we arrived right at 5pm when they open. The bar filled up by 5:30 with a line of people waiting at the door! The regular menu seems kinda pricey but the happy hour prices are decent. We ordered the jerk wings, salmon crisps, and Brussels sprouts to share, along with some wine and a peach martini. Everything comes out plated beautifully --I appreciate that so much thought goes into presentation. But even more importantly, everything tastes spectacular! The wings were well spiced and literally fall off the bone --SO GOOD! Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts as well. The salmon bites were okay but nothing special. For brunch, the place gets packed later in the afternoon like around 2pm. The brunch menu is delicious but not super vegetarian friendly or shellfish-free, if you have allergies. However the kitchen is very accommodating and willing to make something work if you get creative! Ample free street parking in the neighborhood and the restaurant itself has a nice vibe and friendly waitstaff. I have and will be back again! read more

Yebo Kitchen has been on my bucket list to try for quite some time. From all the IG reels and word of mouth reviews. So I treated one of my good good girlfriends to brunch for her birthday this past Sunday. Since they do not take reservations, they are on a first come first serve basis. We decided to go on the earlier side and meet up at 12:30 for brunch. Sunday brunch is from 11-7 on Sundays. When I arrived, at 12:15ish, they were already packed. But good thing is they have a front and back patio for overflow which is very nice. Also the back patio has a dj. Loves that the DJ plays a plethora of music from the 1990's and 2000's and really good r&b and some afrobeats as well. The server's and hostess staff are very pleasant and professional. They greet you as soon as you come in and are very honest and forthcoming if there will be a long wait for seating and availability The restaurant is very small, but cozy and inviting. I will say this particular it was a little crowded and service was a little slower due to being short staffed and the kitchen did hit a little snag, however Yebo worked though those kinks and was able to get our food and drinks to us within a timely manner. The food was absolutely delicious. for an appetizer we started with an avocado shrimp toast, for our brunch entrees I opted for the waffle with a side of bacon, and my friend she got the salmon and grits. Everything was really good, the waffle was so light and airy, it wasn't as thick as your traditional Belgian waffle, which I loved. I honestly can eat their waffles all day. The salmon and grits was cooked perfectly, salmon was nice and flaky, grits very creamy. The avocado shrimp toast was really good, had nice flavor. For cocktails we had the J spot cocktail( respasado tequila, st germaine, muddled strawberries and prosecco). I will say they were definitely heavy on the prosecco with this cocktail. I may just grab a manhattan the next time I visit. Overall everything was really good and our server was really nice and accommodating considering being short staffed on this particular day The next time I decide to do brunch, now that I know they serve bunch until 7 pm on Sundays, I will come on the later side. I would definitely like to try them for dinner next time as well. They are a really nice addition to the Station North neighborhood, and I am glad someone finally acquired the old Church Bar space. read more

So this place doesn't have or let you make appointments. Once we got inside the hostess Tay was very accommodating with our third person not being present at the moment. Once we were seated the inside ambiance was really nice, they also have outside dining as well. Our server Tay was not attentive and we felt rushed and kept asking for our drinks consistently. The appetizers were good and the food was great. I would check the hours for this place before you go because they close for 2 hours and then switch from brunch to dinner. read more
I was in the area for a meeting and when that was done, rather than fight with rush hour traffic, I decided to check this place out. I arrived just after they opened and the staff were friendly and inviting. Ty is a sweetheart and was attentive and welcoming. I ordered the island wings and Brussels sprouts, both of which were on the happy hour menu. These were generous servings and were enough to fill me up. The cucumber mint lemonade was refreshing. Loved the decor and I could definitely see this as a spot for our book meet up if we can get everyone for make the drive up the parkway. Street parking is decent if you are early enough. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a cool, adult vibe and could see this as a great date night spot as well! read more

Wow was this place amazing! Surprise stop and it was our first time! Let's just say, we'll definitely be returning. No reservations so get there when they open. We sat at the bar! Bartenders Lindsey & Ashley (I think that was the other one's name) were so cool and made our experience great! Ambiance was on point! Great vibes and energy! Fooddddddd = amazing! Seasoned beyond perfection and the presentation was beautiful! Portions were enormous! Drinks were good as well. Wasn't a huge fan of their house mojito personally but the passion fruit margaritas were excellent! Even the other patrons were vibing! Everyone was just super kind and there to enjoy themselves! I have been to Yebo kitchen twice now. The vibes and ambiance are amazing. Music takes you back to 1990s and 2000s r&b as well as afrobeats. The food is very good with nuanced flavors but my one gripe is that the service is very slow. Both times I have had to wait more than 40 mins for drinks that came out well after appetizers the first time and most recently the drinks apps and entrees were brought all at the same time. The food was cold on both occasions but never the less still tasty. If speed of service and food temperature was improved, they'd have 5 stars from me! Worth checking out. read more

Hello Tola,…
My friend and I had a wonderful "Galentine's" day celebration at Yebo. It was busy so we were told the wait would be 90 minutes but there's a great app that allows you to see your place in line so we went up the street for drinks while we waited and were pleasantly surprised that the table was ready in about an hour. Our server was kind showed us the ropes with the QR code menu and gave some recommendations which we appreciated. We started with cocktails and ordered the lamb chop appetizer. When the drinks arrived they were delicious and strong but there was a bit of a mix up and our server didn't put in the lamb chops due to me also ordering the surf and turf entree which also has the lamb chops. Nonetheless entrees arrived pretty quickly and portions were beyond generous so I just left my friend have a taste of my lamb. My surf and turf (fried lobster tail and lamb) were outstanding. The lobster breading was light crisp and the tail itself juicy and flavorful. The lamb chops were probably the best I've had in a long time!! 10/10 not to be missed. We were actually joking saying we wished the apps had come out because we could not get enough! We will definitely be back to try their brunch. read more
I brought my family here after trying the food the first time, and we indulged in the drinks this round. I will say the drinks are a little pricey. IMO, $22 for an old-fashioned, not-too-shelf is outrageous when you can get it in a top-tier speakeasy for $14 less than a mile away, but overall, the experience was good. There was no long wait once my family arrived; the server was attentive, and the vibes were a plus. I wasn't a fan of the lamb chops; I thought they were salty, and the mac & cheese was a little too cheesy, but that's just my preference; others liked both. I will be back for the food, but if I could recommend anything, I would like lower drink prices. You will naturally get customers due to the taste of the food; no need to charge elevated costs for drinks; it's off-putting when you know good liquor. read more
