Full of brisket and sausage its pretty damn good. The jalapeño sausage is a great, perfect grind size and coarseness. Sides are above average. For me hands down the cajun potato salad is the best I tried today. My dining partner raved about the collard greens and coleslaw. The smoked beans are delicious and the mac and cheese is pretty good too. The staff is cheerful and helpful as well.

And I don't have to deal with a one hour line or wanting to have barbecue after two in the afternoon. An absolute terms I think they take incredibly good care of their barbecue. I think their beef is spot on. It's not overly salted. It's really just perfect. They will trim it as fatty or lean as you like. The potatoes are gigantic and an amazing value. A very frequently get ribs here because they're always perfect.
