The food is good, and the service is okay....not great, but not terrible. Recently, we took our guest there and they tried to use a $25 gift card towards the table balance. They told us they had gotten a new system, and so now the gift cards do not work, and so they would not honor the card. We asked it they could override the system and apply the monies towards the tab, but they refused. When we got the gift card, the manager, Conrado Garcia, put his name on it, and said we would not have any problem using it. Mr. Garcia changed his mind. It's not about the money; the gift card was only $25. It is the principle. No matter how good the food is, if you cannot honor what you have promised, then in my opinion there is no honor. We have enjoyed this place for a long time, so it's too bad. But there are plenty of other places. It's time to do some exploring elsewhere.
