Sure enough, there it was! It turns out they were here from 1130a-3p Mon-Sat. I have no idea where they are headed when I see them going to the back of the neighborhood every morning, but I'm happy to have found their regular spot. As for the food, it was worth the crazy hunt. I heavily debated on what to order, but ultimately went for the torta at the recommendation of Dave F. Dave did not lead me astray. I loved every bite of it. I also added rice and beans, which were also as great as I could have hoped for. And a fresh mango juice was the best thing ever to wash it all down with. Technically, this is the closest physical restaurant to my house now and I am definitely going to go back and work my way through the entire menu!

The torta was hot, very flavorful, and delicious. They had the perfect ratio of meat versus toppings. It took a a few minutes for them to make the food, but that's the price you pay for fresh. Plenty of parmesan, butter and white cheese. They gave me the chili topping on the side, which is great for me because I can't handle a lot of heat. I was able to mix in just what I wanted and it tasted great. I finished a big cup. The jamaica agua fresca was a good representation, and a generous 32 oz serving so you really have to share it or save some for later.
