Entering the cafe past housed large tortoises that you can feed if ask waitstaff and will supply you with lettuce and tomatoes. The gigantic pancakes big enough to share and egg dishes were absolutely worth the drive. No need to dress up since this country cafe was casual and has a dirt path to enter. I happened to get the last serving from the pot, so they hooked it up with a little extra instead of letting it go to waste, which I definitely appreciated. What really stood out was how hearty it was. There was way more protein than you'd expect from a typical soup, so it was actually filling and satisfying, not just something light on the side.
