Love the margaritas and the service. The nachos fell short for me. I got the plain order with the ground beef and it had an odd flavor that made my stomach turn. I also got the Birria nachos that had a better flavor because of the meat. Still, both nachos could use more fresh toppings and the amount you get is minimal for the price you pay. When we walked up we saw the margarita special and the sign said 2 per customer. We laughed because we figured we'd drink much more than that. We each had two and needed a to go cup to finish the second. They were absolutely yummy and strong. Queso was good but the birria tacos are in my dreams nightly. The Case of the Missing Chips & Naked Margarita My husband and I just ate here, and I'm still emotionally recovering from the nachos. They were $14.99 but spiritually worth about $5.99. Don't get me wrong--they tasted good--but there were, I kid you not, seven chips on the plate. Seven. I've had more chips fall on the floor during a party. Then came the $15 margarita. For that price, I expected at least a lime, an umbrella, maybe a mariachi band. But no. It arrived completely naked--no garnish, no salt rim, just vibes. Very, very tasty. Our kids loved this place. The service was very attentive, and the ambiance was nice. The restaurant is clean and well lit. It's located in a strip mall, so there's plenty of parking. We didn't have much of a wait, if any. Chips and drinks came right away, almost as soon as we sat down. We got a small queso blanco while we were waiting on the main meal, which was actually much better than I was expecting. I usually don't have much to say about queso, so it was pretty good. We just had the birria tacos, since this was our first time here. You get three to a plate, and they're meaty, cheesy, gooey, and somewhat greasy (that's OK!). Along with a side of the au jus sauce for dipping, they're pretty amazing. There's lots of other options, both with and without birria involved, but we came specifically for the tacos, so that's what we ordered. Likely we'll try a few other dishes next time around. We will definitely be back soon. It was so good we almost came back the following night for second dinner there. It could easily become a new crave. read more

I got the Pueblo Magico. It was beef and chicken fajitas, cheese enchilada with rice, beans, guacamole and tortillas. The fajitas were well seasoned, tender and cooked perfectly. The cheese enchiladas was ok but I prefer a little more cheese in mine. The beans and rice were both good tasting. The guacamole is exactly how I like it. Avocado and cilantro. No chunks of onion or tomatoes!! We got the flour tortillas and the texture and thickness were great!! We also ordered the white queso which was very good. The chips were thicker than I prefer but not tough so that wasn't a big deal for me. I was not a huge fan of the salsa but it wasn't bad. My husband ordered a large margarita on the rocks. He said it was good. He also commented that he could actually taste the tequila in it. Which is good because he prefers a strong drink. The service was TOP NOTCH!!!!!! Birria Tacos & Chips - We live three miles from here and this was our first visit since they opened (5 months ago). They were not very busy (Tuesday night) so getting a table was easy. The chips and salsa came out quickly. We thought the red salsa was excellent. We ordered the Birria plate with rice and beans. It came out nice and hot and smelled very good. We were not disappointed. The Birria was very tender and flavorful. The rice and beans were also very tasty. It's not a very fancy place but is clean. The staff were very friendly. Pricing is about average. They do serve alcohol. We wish we had came here sooner. Help keep our local restaurants going and give them a shot. We are going to make this a place we regularly visit.
