Great food and Great Service. I think the food is more authentic than most Mexican restaurants.

Have eaten here many times I like the place. Until last night my service dog was always welcomed. We went for a family event my nieces new book release, I was denied service because I had my service dog with me! Apparently the manager was off and the staff is not ADA trained. The way the server was I will never give this establishment my hard money again! My Rights were violated. I hope they read this and get the staff properly trained because THIS IS NOT OK! read more

I've been coming to this place for about a year. They bring you the salsa and chips which I just love. The salsa is warm and delicious. A little spicy but not too much. I always come for my favorite, beef enchiladas. Reminds me of the ones my mom used to make. The beans have good flavor. The rice could use some flavoring but it was well cooked. Hole in the wall no frills ambience with amazing food. Salsa to the queso all the way to margaritas and the special of the day tilapia with shrimp... everything was delicious. OK so I want to first start out with the salsa it is off the chain amazing! If you just wanna come here and have salsa and margaritas is a great place to come! The food is also pretty darn good too... Food was fresh and hot and the staff is very nice and accommodating we went in about an hour before they closed and in either chatting around 30 minutes after they closed but they did not make a big deal of it and we're very nice. When we found out that we had stayed 30 minutes past closing we were very apologetic and they were sure to tell us that it was not a problem ... definitely be back. read more

Finally came here after almost 2 years of living close. I give the ambiance a zero. Lol. But the food was really good. Especially for the price. Queso was top notch. And the massive plate of nachos for $11 would be over $20 at the "higher end" Tex mex places and it was just as good. My 2 year old son loved the chips and his quesadilla. Will likely be back soon. Especially for To-go food. I'd say it the best Tex Mex, food wise, in a 5 mile radius. read more

I just moved to Texas and I'm looking for some good Mexican food. This was recommended to me by the guy I rented my U-Haul trailer from. I ordered a quesadilla and that was nice. I really love Chile Rellenos but not the way they make them here in Texas. I like them stuffed only with cheese. The wait staff was wonderful. My big problem with this places of the two televisions they had showing the news they both had Fox on. Personally, I cannot stand Fox because they lie all the time. You would think for some evenhandedness they would have one television airing CNN, at least. So unfortunately, I will not be spending any more money at this establishment. Since I have a choice on where I spend my money, that is my decision. I do not blame the wait staff anyway whatsoever. And I'm very aware that they do have Democrats in the state so perhaps they should rethink having both televisions on Fox. read more

Not our favorite Mexican restaurant in the area but it is very good. Margaritas are pretty good. Salsa is also very good. Just wish they had a spicy green also. We had their beef/chicken fajita platter for two this trip. They were flavorful but the beef could have been a little more tender. Charro beans were above average. read more

OKay wow First I feel like a total dweeb that it took me over three years to go to this restaurant...I guess I felt guilty because it's in the same shopping center as my gym...anyway Free chili con queso with lunch! and it is AMAZING! The chips were fresh warm light and crisp! The salsa was clearly homemade as the refill didn't even taste the same as the first bowl. I had the flautas and I have never had any as large or as tasty! The meat was in huge chunks that were so amazingly seasoned my tongue couldn't keep up! The rice and beans were very tasty. The beans didn't seem to be made with lard, but not being vegetarian I didn't ask. {I don't always remember to when I am not with any of my veggielicious friends/relatives with me} This is an amazing place if you want authentic really EXCELLENT Tex-Mex and Mexican food it is a must! read more

I was over on this part of town and decided to try this place out. The first good thing I noticed was that they bring out a little bowl of queso which most places don't and it was good! I ordered the chipotle butter shrimp off the lunch menu, I was not disappointed. Then to top it all off when I finished the queso they brought out another one. The sauce from the shrimp was very tasty after I finished the shrimp I mixed my rice in it and it was damn tasty. I'll Definitely come here again read more

I have been coming here to eat since they opened and I have never had a bad experience. Always good food and good service. Portions are large for the price- I always split the taco dinner and still end up full. Also LOVE the free queso happy hour (though some may say it's too "cheesy"). Margaritas are always refreshing and always have a good amount of alcohol. Not a fan of the michaladas though. Not much to look at in a non-discreet shopping center in Pinehurst Texas near Magnolia. We stumbled upon this Restaurant by accident. Now it's the closest to our house and our favorite Mexican Restaurant. The quality and authentic recipes are the best we have had in a few years. In fact one week we went 3 days in a row. Please remember one thing. This is a typical whole in the wall establishment. The service is good but we typically have to ask for our check. Good little Mexican restaurant conveniently located for us. When we don't feel like driving too far, this is one of our to go place. Nothing fancy or out of the ordinary. Just good food, friendly service and good price. Cosier atmosphere than the Lindo Acapulco which way to loud. read more

Don't get all excited about this place. It is just another Mexican restaurant. Not worth driving out of your way for. The food was mediocre. Chicken tasted frozen. I got the Mexcian Flag Enchilada plate. The cheese one was good the other to were.....eh. I probably won't go back as it is a bit out of my range but, hey, I took a chance. I am not one to criticize decor in a restaurant because I couldn't give two shits about what it looks like because I am there for the food.
