We decided to check this place out for late lunch. When we arrived, we were seated right away with no wait. Our server got the drink order within decent time. The menu was disgusting! It was sticky and the pages stuck together. When the server came back with the drinks, he got our orders. We ordered bbq wings, lobster garlic noodles and kids Mac and cheese with fries and milk as the drink. The wings came out at decent time but no small plates were provided so we couldn't dig in until we were able to flag down our server to bring us some small plates. The lobster garlic noodles were decent but I thought it was too oily and it was more of shrimp noodles then lobster noodles and wasn't really worth the price. Lastly, kids Mac and cheese was just ok. Biggest complaint of our visit was they gave my daughter bad milk!! It was thick and sour. I would've thought they would at least comp her food but our server just nonchalantly apologized and that was it. Getting mediocre food versus food that can potentially make a person sick is huge difference and I think they should've definitely done more. I'm not sure if I would try this place out again. Great environment and food was pretty good too. My Girl and I went there for happy hour. This was my first time but not hers. She has been bragging about the drinks and the food so we finally made a point to go there so I could see it for myself. We ordered calamari, sliders and I had a bread pudding dessert. Monte was our server, very attentive and helpful to our needs we got there a little before 10 they expressed that late night happy hour started at 10 so we were seated, he brought over glasses of water and we looked over the menu till it was time for happy hour. The drinks were strong, I had 3. The calamari was good, fried a little to hard. The korean thai garlic chili wings were delicious! Very tasty and crispy how I like my wings! I've been to a few different Yard House locations and I really like this one. It's very spacious and the staff is friendly and attentive. They have a wide variety of options from seafood, burgers and sandwiches, pasta and small bites. I like that you can order some menu options from the tablet at your seat and you can also use that to pay so there's never a wait for that. Decent prices and filling servings even for the appetizer options. The food comes out hot and fresh and there never seems to be a long wait. Wow. I'm blown away by this place. Do not be fooled by the fact that it's appended to Arundel Mills Mall - this is a destination worthy restaurant. Let me start with the service by Channing which was impeccable. It's the little things that set a great server apart such as asking me, the parent, if it's ok to offer the kids a soda refill. The quality of food was equally impressive. The tuna nachos were delicious, the big pretzel was a hit with the kids. Steaks done perfectly and the salad and sandwich game is strong. Also it's a pet peeve of mine that most restaurants now have tables that are way too small for all the dishes and glassware and this is yet another differentiator for Yard House - we were at easily double the size of most restaurant tables. So glad I got to enjoy my birthday dinner at Yard House! Our waiter let me choose between their available desserts for free, and I chose their mini cheesecake brûlée. I'm glad I made that choice because it tasted so good. I've never had cheesecake brûlée'd before, so that was interesting of them to do that. For my appetizer, I had the firecracker shrimp which tasted great, but I found it a bit deceiving that the rice cake was such a large amount compared to the amount of shrimp given. There was maybe 5-6 somewhat jumbo sized shrimp on top of the rice cake. I don't think most people order this appetizer for the rice cake, so it would've been nice if there was a bit more shrimp and a smaller serving of the rice cake. I also ordered their sweet potato fries, and our waiter was nice enough to serve it with two different flavors of their aioli along with the maple syrup. For my meal, I ordered the spicy jambalaya with linguine and only seafood in the dish. It was very creamy and the seafood was seasoned very nicely. This has to be the worst Yard House I've been to. The place wasn't even busy on Sunday evening but the staff is clueless. First I walked in and asked the host up front where I can sit. He told me I could sit anywhere. So I sit at one of the tabletops. Of course later a waiter tells me the tables are reserved. I don't make a big deal so I sit at the bar. I order a beer and the bartender comes back with like a 1/3 of a pint. He states the tap broke and he'll give me a full pint soon. About 10 minutes pass by and I've barely drank the beer because it's honestly awful. I tell the bartender I don't like it and ask for one of their signature cocktails instead. He tells me he still has to charge me for the full pint. I don't argue with him because he's clearly being unreasonable. He brings my cocktail about another 10 minutes later. I ask for the check. I barely drank the cocktail because it taste horrible too. Basically I paid for 2 drinks but he still hasn't even brought out that full pint as I walk out. I usually don't go to Yard House because the food is subpar but now I'll be avoiding all their locations, if this is the kind of service I should expect. read more

I was so happy when I discovered that there was a Yard House in this location. I had previously been to the one in Philadelphia and loved the food. Father's Day weekend seem like the perfect time to visit this location and I am so glad we did. When we initially got there they said that the weight would be an hour which was understandable as it was Father's Day. We ended up only having to wait about 30 minutes which was a great bonus. We were seated and I immediately loved the view of the bar and TVs from where we were sitting as well as the high top tables. Our waiter's name was Shawn and he was so nice from the very beginning. So now let's talk about the drinks and food! I had a top shelf margarita which was delicious. Out of the eight of us in the group that I was in four of us got mixed drinks and they were all strong! A good thing for me, my friend thought hers was too strong but Shawn was able to have more juice added which balanced it out for her. I had the Blackened Ahi Sashimi and I was immediately excited when it came to the table because it looked exactly like the picture on the menu which is always a plus. I also ordered the lobster garlic noodles which I have had previously and it did not disappoint. Some of the other meals pictured are what my friends had and all of enjoyed our meals! The vibe inside the restaurant was great and perfect if you want to catch any sports that may be on. I ordered the lettuce wraps and these weren't just any wraps the lettuce was a butter lettuce and it really complimented the fixings. I also ordered the sliders which were on a mini brioche roll and was homemade burger. Definitely on the list of must try's , calamari was good I just don't like the tentacles. Another dish we tried was the lobster garlicky noodles and it was everything and more. They do allow substitutions as mushrooms just isn't my thing but even with this extraction it was divine.
