They replaced some headlight bulbs in my wife's SUV and one burnt out in about a year. They replaced it under warranty with no hesitation at all. They have done small jobs like oil changes for us and larger jobs like 100K mile services and suspension replacement and the work is always done right and in a timely fashion.
