Only ding I'd give them is I dropped my car off right at 8 and they weren't don't until right at 5. With an appointment I would have thought I'd have been before walk-ins. We took it to another place in town who informed us we had gotten ripped off and it didn't really look like they did anything, how embarrassing. Now we have to wait and try again when we have the extra money... until then he has a truck he can't drive, that won't smog, and is racking up fees while we wait to renew the registration.

I also came prepared with some Micky D's breakfast cuz ya boy was hungry. So anyway, fast forward 10 minutes and while I'm munching on my McMuffins, Sean and I are talking casually about stuff. Kitchen Nightmares is on and Gordon Ramsay is going in on some crappy chef. Sean's like "I'm pretty sure your McDonald's breakfast sandwiches taste A-1 compared to that restaurant's crap right now." In between our conversation he politely asked me to sign off and review what he was charging me for, didn't try to upsell me, sell me anything useless, or any additional fluff. He also didn't rush me out of there either. So I able to take my time and enjoy the deliciousness I had brought with me. All in all I spent about 15-20 minutes tops. The process was fast and easy. 15/10 would chat and chill with Sean again. Oh yeah and my car was fine. And I paid about $45 for the whole thing (smog check).
