Since it's Sunday I can't reach a human on the phone and their website is this circular nonsense that isn't helpful at all. I highly doubt UPS has anyone monitor this page but just posting to vent.

I promptly complained to this center about this serious problem. Thank God for considerate neighbors! The manager was clearly miffed about this. He told me that his drivers ought to know better, especially with expensive deliveries. He said he'll have a talk with that driver. I have had very little issues with this center overall. That is extremely dangerous and it made me feel unsafe having to do business with her, but I couldn't leave as it was for my job. If this employee is truly unable to wear a mask (unlikely) she shouldn't be there as she's severely at risk of adverse effects of covid. The reason people such as dentists and hospital staff wear the face shields is WITH a mask and it is to protect against droplets from the mouth since they're going to be in people's faces.
