I mainly go here to process packages for work, but also I like the personalities of the staff here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful ( need multiple receipts? just ask, nicely ). This is the distribution warehouse, so once the packages are dropped they are sorted and loaded into the trucks. This also means they don't provide retail services like printing and amazon returns stuff. ( NOTE April 2020: the staff is still working normally, but PLEASE follow the signs posted and keep a 6 feet distance within the receiving room, UPS staff are doing the best they can, the computers are stationary, so customers need to be aware and work around them as best you can. )

Wish I worked with more people like him where I'm at.

That is extremely dangerous and it made me feel unsafe having to do business with her, but I couldn't leave as it was for my job. If this employee is truly unable to wear a mask (unlikely) she shouldn't be there as she's severely at risk of adverse effects of covid. The reason people such as dentists and hospital staff wear the face shields is WITH a mask and it is to protect against droplets from the mouth since they're going to be in people's faces. But again... they also have to wear a face mask! Numbers are higher than ever in Johnson County... wear your mask.
