Jason was so patient and helpful, never once exasperated with my needs and request. He quickly found the document and was able to print up exactly what I needed. I also had some pictures on this same old dinosaur of a laptop that I wanted printed up. He was also able to locate them and print up exactly what I wanted in two different sizes. He patiently spent an exorbitant amount of time helping me, never once making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time, just very friendly and so extremely helpful! He also has an incredible sense of humor and kept me in stitches the entire time! My kind of person! And he was also having a rough morning dealing with an issue with the front door, but rolled with the punches and tended to all the customers with professionalism and speed. What began as a very frustrating morning for me at home trying to find and print up the document I needed quickly, became a truly enjoyable visit to FedEx, lol. Jason's superior management skills, attitude, and personality completely changed my day around! He was also super helpful sending the package out with the documents I needed delivered the next day! This FedEx came in clutch for me recently when I was on my way to an event and remembered I had…read moreforgotten to bring with me some things that needed to be printed. I saw this FedEx nearby and like a beacon of hope it guided me to a printer. I'm a big fan of the FedEx print and go system so from the parking lot I was able to email the document to their system and by the time I walked up to the printer I had my confirmation code to print. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and only 10 minutes behind schedule overall for the whole stop. Overall it was really about as good as it could have gone. 4/5 stars mostly because the parking lot is a nightmare. I was in a hurry and trying to get a spot I could quickly get in and out of when I was basically cut off by an actual FedEx truck that in the end took up TWO spots to park and load, then trying to leave I was blocked my several folks simply because they were waiting to drive by... because this parking lot is so poorly designed. At any rate - it's a clean FedEx. Very small, but efficient. If you need to print something it's not a bad stop in a busy part of south OP.

I came into just to drop off a return was already label and ready to, per usual. Not only was the service slow to get to me in the first place, despite the store dead, the staff gave me false info and was extremely rude. The barcode that came as a return label wasn't scanning, so I asked if it could be manually entered, per usual when this happens (several other times). He stated that it is not possible and I would have to find some way to print out a good label before he can help me. I stated that it came already printed on an adhesive. Then he stated that there will be no way to send the package because a driver cannot pick up packages that can't be scan, and asked the person behind me if he could help them while I was mid sentence. I called to a nearby UPS location (Antioch) and asked if there was anyone that can help me. The gentleman on the phone said come on and they will manually enter it in for me. I went in and it was a different gentleman that helped me at the Antioch location than who answer the phone. I stated that the label on won't scan, and he said, "let me enter it manually." I was in and out of there in less than a minute. All and all, I would not be returning to this particular location based on my experience today. I'd rather save my time by going to the Antioch location that is only minutes away. Had I also seen the rating on both stores prior to going, it would have saved me the trip to this store.

Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. They only had two, which made me feel bad for tying up one machine for an hour, but that's how long it took to print two 200-page documents in full color. One person was at the front counter helping someone ship a package. One person was at the side counter helping a person with a print job. One person was at the table in the center cutting a print job. She asked me if I was printing blue prints I said no I hadn't done this before I have a retrieval code and I showed it to her. She said you'll have to wait until the person at the side counter helping the customer with the print job is finished and he can do that for you. In the meantime the person at the front counter helping someone ship a package asked me if I was being helped. I said I was waiting in line to complete a print job. He asked to see the retrieval code on my phone. He typed it in the computer he was at and that didn't work so he went to the one on the opposite side of the person helping the customer with the print job. She then tells him that he can't do what he's attempting to do and that he should have asked before he jumped into that. I want to be clear she said that in front of all the staff and the customers. She finished by looking at me and saying you're just going to have to wait. I very much appreciate the gentleman at least making the attempt and I was embarrassed for him and felt guilty because he was trying to help me. But nonetheless resigned to waiting, at which point I'm observing the customer being helped in the print line and it's going to take a while. I then asked her where's the next closest store. She said 135th and BlackBob but you're going have the same problem there. To which I replied that's OK I'm sure I'll like their attitude better than yours. Let me close by saying I was greeted warmly in the other store at 135th & Blackbob. They were fast they were conversational they were engaged they were working together one photo was of my dog and we even talked about my dog and their dogs. All this to say that that store is further from my house but that will be my store going forward because I had a great experience there. And I feel bad for the original store because I know it's not the other employees fault it was just one person who brought the energy down in there for both customer service and interacting with her peers.
