I'm a big fan of the FedEx print and go system so from the parking lot I was able to email the document to their system and by the time I walked up to the printer I had my confirmation code to print. Overall it was really about as good as it could have gone. 4/5 stars mostly because the parking lot is a nightmare. I was in a hurry and trying to get a spot I could quickly get in and out of when I was basically cut off by an actual FedEx truck that in the end took up TWO spots to park and load, then trying to leave I was blocked my several folks simply because they were waiting to drive by... because this parking lot is so poorly designed. That is extremely dangerous and it made me feel unsafe having to do business with her, but I couldn't leave as it was for my job. If this employee is truly unable to wear a mask (unlikely) she shouldn't be there as she's severely at risk of adverse effects of covid. The reason people such as dentists and hospital staff wear the face shields is WITH a mask and it is to protect against droplets from the mouth since they're going to be in people's faces. But again... they also have to wear a face mask! Numbers are higher than ever in Johnson County... wear your mask.

Not only was the service slow to get to me in the first place, despite the store dead, the staff gave me false info and was extremely rude. He stated that it is not possible and I would have to find some way to print out a good label before he can help me. I stated that it came already printed on an adhesive. Then he stated that there will be no way to send the package because a driver cannot pick up packages that can't be scan, and asked the person behind me if he could help them while I was mid sentence. I called to a nearby UPS location (Antioch) and asked if there was anyone that can help me. The gentleman on the phone said come on and they will manually enter it in for me. I went in and it was a different gentleman that helped me at the Antioch location than who answer the phone. I stated that the label on won't scan, and he said, "let me enter it manually." I was in and out of there in less than a minute. All and all, I would not be returning to this particular location based on my experience today. I'd rather save my time by going to the Antioch location that is only minutes away. Had I also seen the rating on both stores prior to going, it would have saved me the trip to this store.

Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product.
