I saw this FedEx nearby and like a beacon of hope it guided me to a printer. I'm a big fan of the FedEx print and go system so from the parking lot I was able to email the document to their system and by the time I walked up to the printer I had my confirmation code to print. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and only 10 minutes behind schedule overall for the whole stop. Overall it was really about as good as it could have gone. 4/5 stars mostly because the parking lot is a nightmare. I was in a hurry and trying to get a spot I could quickly get in and out of when I was basically cut off by an actual FedEx truck that in the end took up TWO spots to park and load, then trying to leave I was blocked my several folks simply because they were waiting to drive by... because this parking lot is so poorly designed. That is extremely dangerous and it made me feel unsafe having to do business with her, but I couldn't leave as it was for my job. If this employee is truly unable to wear a mask (unlikely) she shouldn't be there as she's severely at risk of adverse effects of covid. The reason people such as dentists and hospital staff wear the face shields is WITH a mask and it is to protect against droplets from the mouth since they're going to be in people's faces. But again... they also have to wear a face mask! Numbers are higher than ever in Johnson County... wear your mask.

You should at least have two people. I always have to wait forever to get my package shipped. The thing that ticks me off is I have them packed and labeled and ready to go; all I need is them to scan it and give me a shipping receipt. He stated that it is not possible and I would have to find some way to print out a good label before he can help me. I stated that it came already printed on an adhesive. Then he stated that there will be no way to send the package because a driver cannot pick up packages that can't be scan, and asked the person behind me if he could help them while I was mid sentence. I called to a nearby UPS location (Antioch) and asked if there was anyone that can help me. The gentleman on the phone said come on and they will manually enter it in for me. I went in and it was a different gentleman that helped me at the Antioch location than who answer the phone. I stated that the label on won't scan, and he said, "let me enter it manually." I was in and out of there in less than a minute. All and all, I would not be returning to this particular location based on my experience today. I'd rather save my time by going to the Antioch location that is only minutes away. Had I also seen the rating on both stores prior to going, it would have saved me the trip to this store.

Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. One person was at the front counter helping someone ship a package. One person was at the side counter helping a person with a print job. One person was at the table in the center cutting a print job. She asked me if I was printing blue prints I said no I hadn't done this before I have a retrieval code and I showed it to her. She said you'll have to wait until the person at the side counter helping the customer with the print job is finished and he can do that for you. In the meantime the person at the front counter helping someone ship a package asked me if I was being helped. I said I was waiting in line to complete a print job. He asked to see the retrieval code on my phone. He typed it in the computer he was at and that didn't work so he went to the one on the opposite side of the person helping the customer with the print job. She then tells him that he can't do what he's attempting to do and that he should have asked before he jumped into that. I want to be clear she said that in front of all the staff and the customers. She finished by looking at me and saying you're just going to have to wait. I very much appreciate the gentleman at least making the attempt and I was embarrassed for him and felt guilty because he was trying to help me. But nonetheless resigned to waiting, at which point I'm observing the customer being helped in the print line and it's going to take a while. I then asked her where's the next closest store. She said 135th and BlackBob but you're going have the same problem there. To which I replied that's OK I'm sure I'll like their attitude better than yours. Let me close by saying I was greeted warmly in the other store at 135th & Blackbob. They were fast they were conversational they were engaged they were working together one photo was of my dog and we even talked about my dog and their dogs. All this to say that that store is further from my house but that will be my store going forward because I had a great experience there. And I feel bad for the original store because I know it's not the other employees fault it was just one person who brought the energy down in there for both customer service and interacting with her peers.
