The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!

The one complaint is that this is in a busy strip mall and I wasn't able to pull up close enough to unload, which caused me to make two trips to bring all of my boxes into​ the store. The crew was,Tristan, Sam, Mary and Savannah. These 4 were happy and customer focused and actually having fun! I've been a retail manager for over 40 years and can assure you this is rare! When it was my turn, Tristan went above and beyond helping me and making sure I got what I needed. I noticed at this time a older lady brought in a rug to mail back and Savannah ran outside to carry the rug in for her, customer service at it's finest! You should be very proud of this crew! And yes, today a wild woman in a white Mercedes nearly T-boned my car because she was apparently too busy scrolling Instagram to look up. But none of that is UPS's fault. That's just the parking lot chaos gods doing their thing. This place is always busy--the line was literally spilling out the door, as usual. But somehow, miraculously, I was in and out in minutes. No drama, just smooth sailing. Jake helped me out with a smile and an efficiency level that actually renewed my faith in humanity. He's good vibes in a uniform. Highly recommend this location. Just keep your head on a swivel in the parking lot--it's basically bumper cars without the padding.

They tape them up for me and give me a receipt so I can track the package. I have shipped a few items out that were not pre-labeled and I have no complaints. Parking is easy here-my only issue is no one is ever out front when you walk in. They are always in the back-but the door has a jingle bell on it so they meet you. Worker personalities are not super duper happy or pleasant but I am sure they are bored and cheap labor. Never had an issue with this place and until I do I will continue to go.

Not only was the service slow to get to me in the first place, despite the store dead, the staff gave me false info and was extremely rude. The barcode that came as a return label wasn't scanning, so I asked if it could be manually entered, per usual when this happens (several other times). He stated that it is not possible and I would have to find some way to print out a good label before he can help me. I stated that it came already printed on an adhesive. Then he stated that there will be no way to send the package because a driver cannot pick up packages that can't be scan, and asked the person behind me if he could help them while I was mid sentence. I called to a nearby UPS location (Antioch) and asked if there was anyone that can help me. The gentleman on the phone said come on and they will manually enter it in for me. I went in and it was a different gentleman that helped me at the Antioch location than who answer the phone. I stated that the label on won't scan, and he said, "let me enter it manually." I was in and out of there in less than a minute. All and all, I would not be returning to this particular location based on my experience today. I'd rather save my time by going to the Antioch location that is only minutes away. Had I also seen the rating on both stores prior to going, it would have saved me the trip to this store.

I get hung up on shipping as the costs vary widely, I don't always know what box to use, and it's just a general black hole at times. They'll get you set straight here and usually with a smile. The prices are what they are, sometimes fair, sometimes a bit high but it's on par with any other shipping services as far as I know. It's also very easy to get in and out here. There is street parking, the ability to walk a block or two, and even their own little lot attached to the west side of the building. A regular staple for me as someone who works remotely and it's always quick and easy.

I saved about $30 bucks on just boxes I assumed I needed. With the check in offer : 10% off with Yelp check in my total was $170 saving almost $20 bucks with check in. Soo grateful for that. Sure, me knowing what's up makes it easier for his staff; but this is definitely not the same at every store. Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. It's so small, but their process just clears people out quick and happy. The GM is always there just cranking out business and helping folks out. Please have him train other locations.
