I'm back with another 5-star review for this UPS location--because, honestly, they keep earning it. Sure, the parking lot is a nightmare. And yes, today a wild woman in a white Mercedes nearly T-boned my car because she was apparently too busy scrolling Instagram to look up. But none of that is UPS's fault. That's just the parking lot chaos gods doing their thing. This place is always busy--the line was literally spilling out the door, as usual. But somehow, miraculously, I was in and out in minutes. No drama, just smooth sailing. Jake helped me out with a smile and an efficiency level that actually renewed my faith in humanity. He's good vibes in a uniform. Highly recommend this location. Just keep your head on a swivel in the parking lot--it's basically bumper cars without the padding. read more

I was sending a,package of personal effects to Hawaii to a florist shop on the Big Island of Hawaii. The address did not come up when the clerk put it in the system so he looked up the florist and I approved it to be sent to the florist as it was listed, and completed the transaction. When I got home I was a little nervous about the address so I checked with the office of the intended recipient and was told it was sent to an incorrect address and gave me the correct address! I then called the store back and asked to have the pkg pulled and was told the truck had just left! I panicked until Leif got on the phone and and explained he could reroute the package and assured me it would be all right! He then performed his magic and called someone who proceeded to correct the problem, Leif then called me back even though it was after closing time ! THIS is STELLAR SERVICE! He should be congratulated on being such a great representative of UPS! I just can't tell you how much his understanding and quick response meant to me! I offered to bake him something special but he said he was trying to cut down! What a wonderful experience even though I almost went ballistic when I discovered I had made a gross Error!!! This incident happened a few months back at Store #6575 (2868 Stelzer Road Columbus, OH 43219), the employee there was vulgar and had no civility. He really made a complete ass out of him when he wouldn't let me know why he wouldn't throw some sheets of paper in the waste basket near him. He acted like a goof and when I myself threw them in that waste basket, he angrily took them back out and threw them on the floor in the customer area. Then, he used a vulgar language which led to an ensuing verbal exchange of words between the two of us. He even walked from behind the counter and came close to me with no regard that this is not an mom & pop store and that he representing a big company in a very bad way. read more

We visited the UPS Store today to mail a remote control car. We were helped by Samuel. He was kind, professional and personable. The car had an odd shape, but he took several measurements and found the perfect box. Overall, he made a tedious errand hassle free and pleasant. read more

The lady working stood outside the store talking to some random person next to their car window while we wait in line for her to come in and do her job. She was extremely rude and told me to "stand back" when I was returning an item. Threw my receipt on the counter and walked away You're lucky to have a job and working. I have been going to this UPS store for years. Very convenient for me to get to and I have mostly had positive experiences....until today. I have NEVER stood up for myself before and today I did...a lot of good it did. I want to preface this by saying I have no troubles with the employees or the young man I dealt with over my business cards. The owner, Shawn, is another story. The job I needed done was communicated via email. I requested that new business cards be made, adding a new word in my title. I would think that is pretty self explanatory that that would mean on the front of the card as well as the back of the card. The associate helping me misunderstood and corrected it on the back only. I assumed I would be sent a preview of it prior to it being sent out to get printed. That did not happen and the cards were not printed correctly. The owner said my "instructions were not clear". How much more clear does it need to be? Of course I was stern and firm with my response as I was still expected to pay $50 + for them. I was not out-of-line or over-the-top in my response. There was NO talking this over as Shawn already made up his mind that my energy wasn't positive. He wasn't going to listen to my grievance, which made me more upset and defensive. His behavior was extremely arrogant and he didn't care that I was a good customer. He suggested we "part ways". He even snickered when I said he would lose a lot of business from me--laughing under his breath that my business meant anything to him. Very immature, very disappointing and not customer-oriented at all. Anybody who knows me knows I am a kind, fair person. The ONE time I advocate for myself and this is the response I get. I told the employee I was working with that it wasn't personal, I was just hoping we could make it fair. He agreed. Shawn, maybe you should follow the lead of your much more responsible, more mature (but much younger) employee. Shame on you for treating a "valued" customer this way. Just appalling. read more

I went to this store to print resumes for my interview this afternoon. When I went to pay, I was told the manager isn't charging for resume printing right now. What a thoughtful way to support those affected by COVID. Completely unexpected and appreciated. They even told me good luck. Gave me such a feeling knowing that people are still capable of kindness! I use this store mostly for printing large documents and in the past it was pretty cheap to do so. The last time I went to print something, I was charged a computer time fee, I asked about the new fee and told it was something the owner decided to do. I found this to be a little over the top and now go to FedEx to print my black and white documents. I also find that I use FedEx for my shipping needs now...since I'm there anywhere. Too bad the owner wanted to charge this fake fee, he/she lost my business. This may br for me more of a principle thing, but I hate to be nickel and dime , either raise the copy fee or stop offering printing, but charge me for inserting a thumb drive into a desktop and charge me more than the printing Yes/no? read more

I cannot recommend this store . .. or UPS in general. I shipped a package on a Friday for Monday delivery (within the same state - KS). I was guaranteed it would arrive on Monday. I even said, "I will pay whatever it takes to make sure it is there on Monday." No need, this would do it. Not only was it not delivered on Monday but when I went back to the store on Tuesday to find out what happened, I was told it was misdirected to NC. But they would call and see if it could be intercepted and expedited. Customer service rep was going to stay late and handle it personally. Not only did that NOT happen, it was never intercepted, it wasn't even noted in the file that it needed to be pulled. So now, I have a package that should have been delivered on Monday that I HOPE might get there on Thursday. Yeah . . . I'll pay extra just so I don't have to use UPS!! read more

I had used this store in the past with no problems. However, I had to ship a large shipping case back to my office in Michigan via Ground delivery. The young woman working that day was not very knowledgeable. Initially she told me that a 100 lb. shipping case would cost over $500 for ground shipping! I told her that was completely ridiculous as it only cost me $80 in UPS ground charges to ship it to Cupertino from my office in Michigan. She then made a few more mouse clicks and the price magically came down to just over $200. While it was still expensive, I shipped it anyways. I had to call this store several times after that to finally get my UPS tracking number. No email was ever received. I did not get a good feeling about this store, and I will not go back. Hopefully that can find some better, more qualified, employees to staff the store. read more

Most days, it's a convenient location for me, but I have driven out of my way between home and work or the airport just to go to to the Mission store. The employees are helpful, friendly, and able to offer options for shipping and packaging: They work hard and know what they're doing. Even at busy times I'm in and out of there relatively quickly. read more

Love this place, was a boxholder for my business for a couple of years until I moved away. The staff here is friendly, helpful, and very competent, and the store is large enough to handle the large amount of business it has, even during the holiday rush (where you'll likely find fresh-baked cookies waiting!). Complicated printing requests are routine for these guys. Was sad to have to leave them for a much less competent UPS store when I moved away. read more

I used this UPS store to ship several pieces of artwork and other artifacts from my parents house in Kansas back to New York where I live after my father passed away. While the value of these pieces was not so high, they were very valuable to me for the memories. Because I had limited time, I allowed the store to pack these items and ship them after I had already left town. They did an excellent job and all the pieces arrived safely.
