The UPS Store

Worth the Wait It is…read morethat time of the year when packages get delivered by someone other than you. Yep, we are just days away from Christmas, but the days I am talking about are all the days of the year. It does not take a certified Expert Level Logistician such as myself to realize that different providers offer different levels of service and prices. While the USPS and UPS always come to mind, do you really want to take the time to check their prices and estimated delivery times when you do not have time to deliver them yourself? That's when I head to the UPS store. You are always offered their competitive prices and delivery times (along with tracking numbers) for each carrier so you can make an informed decision. Just because you know how, does not mean that it is worth your while to do it yourself! In the midst of the Holiday season you should expect to find serious lines no matter which carrier you use. At the UPS Store I have found the lines being shorter than the local Post Office, and prices / delivery schedules accurate. So it is kind of a no brainer for me. This week they even had special lines for approved returns (when you have been sent a prepaid label), so as to take the easiest first and cut down on waiting in line - sort of like the express lane at your local supermarket. It is nice when you see someone looking out for the little guy, and not just the big spender. But what about needing a notary, 100 holiday family newsletters printed, or something packed for shipment when you do not have an assortment of boxes or envelopes? For me, the UPS Store has always been there to back me up. Do I recommend the UPS Store? Whole heartedly! For price and service it is hard to go wrong.

The most affordable b&w printing. 5 cents per page and $1 per cut. 2,000 fliers made in 15 minutes…read more Wow. Other places (including a different UPS store location) would've cost me double or triple for self service. Instead, they did it all for me!

I'm usually the one lending a helping hand and I got to receive kindness from her today and it really touched my heart to see kind and helping each other out in times of need and I want to thank her and make sure to give a kind hand to her when I can she showed me that there are great people still in this world. Thank you for extending your hand. God bless you and you have made my day so wonderful. She's a one of a kind.

Wish I could put 0 stars. I just went in with a change of address issue. Sandy was extremely rude…read more She stared off by just letting me know I did it wrong. I explained to her what options I chose online and she let me know that wasn't an option. I said but it was. She said on my 8 years of working here you are the first person to ever say that. I said well is there someone or somewhere that we can submit a complaint that for online address changes that what I clicked, shouldn't be an option. She said no. I said I can't be the only one to click that. She then repeated that isn't an option. Finally another worker came over and asked what was going on. She started to explain but then changed what she said to me. So I corrected her and said no, you said that wasn't an option. Basically calling me a liar and making me feel crazy. So I said I'll pull it up and show you. At this point I need you to know that is an option so in case another person comes in. She waited. And there it was. She goes if you click it, it won't let you proceed. I showed her that actually it does. I did apologize many times during saying I know the system isn't her issue. But her attitude is. Did she apologize for her attitude or for being wrong and making me feel crazy? Of course not!
