I'm a fan of FedEx, bailing me out of my packing & shipping ignorance on the reg. This experience was in and out in under five minutes, maximum efficiency unlocked. I had a return that wanted me to print something out, but having just moved, setting up my clunky old printer is incredibly low on my list of priorities. FedEx came in clutch by providing a code to scan in-store that would create a prepaid label, and I found this one running errands in Lenexa. All in all, a good FedEx off a busy stretch of 87th street! read more

Recently renovated this is the location to go! Mary, one of the owners is so helpful and kind! They have printing, faxing, scan services, shredding, shipping of course, and even notary services! Highly recommend. Also, lots of parking, and located right near oak park mall and Sam's club. Super convenient if you live in the area. Highly recommend. Also, Great place for your Amazon returns! read more

Been there several times to print a label but this guy wouldn't work with me and insisted I went to UPS even though all I needed was a label printed read more

I've become addicted to these little FedEx Print and Ship centers that are scattered all over the metro. I often need to print just a few things or maybe forgot to print something before heading out the door and literally any of these will get you in and out in less than five minutes. I love their print and go kiosks where you simply email them your document and within a minute or so they email you back with a retrieval code. It's super easy, super convenient, and I've never had any issues. If you need something printed quickly this is a great option. read more

The staff at FedEx are extremely helpful. A special shoutout to Annie who patiently waited while I found the correct return information, helped me prep my return even though I needed to take it to the Post Office and then helped me with my printing project! I can't say enough about how helpful she was! read more

The staff at this location has always been helpful to me. I value sanitary very much, now more than ever with the COVID-19 pandemic. The staff at this location always wear masks and gloves, which is very considerate! Great great job!! I usually get my work print here, and they always do a great job with printing and cutting. I highly recommend this place if you need to get things done. read more

I don't know if I can even begin to describe how often this place saves my butt, and today was no exception. About 5 times a year I upload designs for posters and banners. If there is an issue (which is always my fault) I am contacted immediately and the Fed Ex employees easily fix the problem. Today, I was in need of two photos for a locket. This sounded like a simple task, but it's harder than it sounds, and Fed ex came to the rescue. Thanks to Elsie and Graham's patience and skills we got the job done! This store his huge, and it has everything. They are quick and efficient, well trained, and overall AMAZING. I don't know what I would do without this Fed Ex location! read more

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - This place is huge! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Lenexa, Kansas

5 stars for the Employees. They make this place awesome with there service and charisma. Although I have no respect for Fedex as a company I still appreciate the people that work here. After all the terrible experiences I've had at other FedEx locations it's a relief to find this place. When I first came here I was helped by Brandon he answered all my questions and helped with things he didn't even have to help with which surprised me. later I was helped by the manager and she also went out of her way to make sure everything was done right which I really appreciated. read more

A year ago I would not have given them five stars but today it is well deserved because they got a well deserved remodel three months ago. I am a total amateur on prices because I care more about convenience. And this place is all about convenience so I cannot say if pricing is competitive or not. The remodel gives you the ability to do a lot more copying on your own without standing in line and waiting for help but if you need help getting started they are quick to do so with a smile and lots of patience. With the remodel they now have two official lines; one for shipping and one for printing, etc. Makes things less confusing and more streamlined. I brought in six pages of 24x24 blueprints to copy, stuck my credit card in the machine, selected my size and walked out $35 later with a nice bag to put them in. Everyone that helped me was very friendly. There is a little bit of everything in this place from candy to printer ink. Love the convenience for a busy mom. read more

This store is always terrible. People in line, associates doing nothing behind the counter. Associates treat every customer like you're an idiot. This store needs a major management change. Horrible. Avoid! read more

Very helpful and attentive. Made sure I had everything covered with my shipment. Luckily they had some experience with the company I was making a return to, so they knew just how to walk me through it and make sure everything ended up in the right place. read more

Super expensive to fax. Use a pigeon instead.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Made it very simple and very efficient. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Service is good. But they always seem to be super busy and crowded. Even when you go in at what you think is a slow time around 3 o'clock. There is always a line. They help me mail my package it was all pre-labeled I just needed to get a tracking number receipt. So that I could send the information to the person the package was going to. I had to wait in line for A good 20 minutes before I got up to the front of the line. The person that helped me was nice seemed a little overworked but knew what she was doing. Maybe some more staff or additional help would speed things up. Overall a decent experience. read more

Is it weird that I still call this place "Kinko's" when it hasn't been Kinko's since 'nam? Really, really fast service, both at the counter and in production. One of these days I'll call it Fedex, I'm sure. Or maybe not. Fedex does packages in my pre-digital brain, not copies :-) read more

Ask for Kelly R to help you. She was fantastic! Great ideas & skills. Came in w/ an old pencil written recipe-considered a family treasure. She was able to really nail the copying along w/ several other suggested that I really hadn't thought of.... great experience & final product read more

What horrible service at this location! Stood in line far too long for a simple package pick up. The staff was so slooow and did not seem to care about customers. Boycott Fed Ex! read more

I arrived right at 8pm, doors locked, and was turned away after driving a good while to get here. Returned the next asked about it and the response was a shrug. I didn't fuss. Also, I typically show up with a printed label etc, but the response is always a need to educate me on the service. I mean, I've had an account for 10 years, surely I know something or two about shipping. Happens every so often. Just really not keen on their overall service delivery over the years. read more

This one star is for the stupid expensive fax fees. Yes I hate faxing. I know it's not 1995 anymore. But if you are tempted to fax here, save yourself and head to UPS store where it's a buck a sheet (they charged me $5.23 for 3 pages. Go elsewhere. Makes me wonder how much they overcharge for printing n such. Adios FEDEX read more

Rude Employee ~ I went in to send a package with fragile items in it. The girl had an attitude to begin with. She picks up the package and shakes it... I said don't shake the box I just told you it was fragile. I stopped using them a couple of years ago do to other issues and wanted to try them again.. No Thanks. I will be using UPS which is only a couple of miles further down. read more

I don't need to come to this store very often but when I do I'm generally in a hurry, stressed and need immediate attention. I was there today and I was extremely anxious, didn't know what I was doing and the friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff came to the rescue. They have each and every time. So I thought I would take the time to give a good review. read more

Great customer service! Kelly is awesome! She gets the job done efficiently and is quick to answer any questions we have. Also they're great at international shipping! read more

Graham provided EXCELLENT customer service. I appreciated the knowledgeable care by each person there for my business needs. The location is kept clean and organized. I am only bumping stars for FedEx's pricing. I went there because the post office was closed and I needed to print and ship something on today's business. They were charging $29 to ship a letter envelope to a location ten minutes from the store. The cheapest I could send it was $17, and it would take 4-5 days. I ended up driving it over, shaking my head the whole way. I'd use them more if they had fair and logical pricing. read more
