I've become addicted to these little FedEx Print and Ship centers that are scattered all over the metro. I often need to print just a few things or maybe forgot to print something before heading out the door and literally any of these will get you in and out in less than five minutes. I love their print and go kiosks where you simply email them your document and within a minute or so they email you back with a retrieval code. It's super easy, super convenient, and I've never had any issues. If you need something printed quickly this is a great option. read more

I'm a fan of FedEx, bailing me out of my packing & shipping ignorance on the reg. This experience was in and out in under five minutes, maximum efficiency unlocked. I had a return that wanted me to print something out, but having just moved, setting up my clunky old printer is incredibly low on my list of priorities. FedEx came in clutch by providing a code to scan in-store that would create a prepaid label, and I found this one running errands in Lenexa. 5 stars for the Employees. They make this place awesome with there service and charisma. Although I have no respect for Fedex as a company I still appreciate the people that work here. I don't know if I can even begin to describe how often this place saves my butt, and today was no exception. About 5 times a year I upload designs for posters and banners. If there is an issue (which is always my fault) I am contacted immediately and the Fed Ex employees easily fix the problem. Today, I was in need of two photos for a locket. This sounded like a simple task, but it's harder than it sounds, and Fed ex came to the rescue. Thanks to Elsie and Graham's patience and skills we got the job done! This store his huge, and it has everything. They are quick and efficient, well trained, and overall AMAZING. I don't know what I would do without this Fed Ex location! read more

A year ago I would not have given them five stars but today it is well deserved because they got a well deserved remodel three months ago. I am a total amateur on prices because I care more about convenience. And this place is all about convenience so I cannot say if pricing is competitive or not. The remodel gives you the ability to do a lot more copying on your own without standing in line and waiting for help but if you need help getting started they are quick to do so with a smile and lots of patience. With the remodel they now have two official lines; one for shipping and one for printing, etc. Makes things less confusing and more streamlined. I brought in six pages of 24x24 blueprints to copy, stuck my credit card in the machine, selected my size and walked out $35 later with a nice bag to put them in. Everyone that helped me was very friendly. There is a little bit of everything in this place from candy to printer ink. Love the convenience for a busy mom. read more

Service is good. But they always seem to be super busy and crowded. Even when you go in at what you think is a slow time around 3 o'clock. There is always a line. They help me mail my package it was all pre-labeled I just needed to get a tracking number receipt. So that I could send the information to the person the package was going to. I had to wait in line for A good 20 minutes before I got up to the front of the line. The person that helped me was nice seemed a little overworked but knew what she was doing. Maybe some more staff or additional help would speed things up. Overall a decent experience. read more

I arrived right at 8pm, doors locked, and was turned away after driving a good while to get here. Returned the next asked about it and the response was a shrug. I didn't fuss. Also, I typically show up with a printed label etc, but the response is always a need to educate me on the service. I mean, I've had an account for 10 years, surely I know something or two about shipping. Happens every so often. Just really not keen on their overall service delivery over the years. read more

But if you are tempted to fax here, save yourself and head to UPS store where it's a buck a sheet (they charged me $5.23 for 3 pages. Go elsewhere. Rude Employee ~ I went in to send a package with fragile items in it. The girl had an attitude to begin with. She picks up the package and shakes it... I said don't shake the box I just told you it was fragile. I stopped using them a couple of years ago do to other issues and wanted to try them again.. No Thanks. Graham provided EXCELLENT customer service. I appreciated the knowledgeable care by each person there for my business needs. The location is kept clean and organized. I am only bumping stars for FedEx's pricing. I went there because the post office was closed and I needed to print and ship something on today's business. They were charging $29 to ship a letter envelope to a location ten minutes from the store. The cheapest I could send it was $17, and it would take 4-5 days. I ended up driving it over, shaking my head the whole way. I'd use them more if they had fair and logical pricing. read more
