    The store lost my package with Christmas gifts and then blamed it on "corporate" UPS, they have never called with an update on the status.

    Do not use them! They are completely useless and here is why…read more ​While the installers delivered the new unit and removed the old one, they failed to complete the installation as per LG's standards and the expectation set by paying for a professional service. ​Specifically, the installation team: ​Failed to secure the dishwasher: They placed the unit in the old footprint but refused to attach it underneath the counter. They claimed they do not assume the liability for this and stated I, as the homeowner, must purchase special screws and install it myself. This is a fundamental step of installation that I paid for. ​Refused to install crucial components: They did not install the sound-dampening mat and the vapor barrier, both explicitly detailed in the LG installation manual. They told me they do not install these items. Now I am required to pull the dishwasher out myself to properly install these components. ​Attempted to leave the unit improperly positioned: The installers were planning to leave the sides of the dishwasher sticking out from the counter, and the rubber side flaps exposed, until I insisted they push the unit back further and correctly position the flaps. ​I paid $154.99 for a complete, professional installation, not simply to have the unit dropped off, set in the opening, and plugged in, which is what occurred. I would not have paid for this service if I knew I would have to complete the essential steps of securing the unit and installing the necessary barriers myself. I paid for them to install it but I ended up having to install the dishwasher my self.
