I called before I came drove an hour to get shipping documents that I verified with Ryan that he had upon my arrival he informed me they haven't used them for 15 years, which is crap because we've been getting them from UPS up until last year and he was horribly rude, horrible if I could put a zero down, I would horrible I cannot say the word horrible enough rude, rude rude. Ryan is rude. And just a sidenote, I see in other reviews. Ryan took the time to smart off to one of the customers about a bad review. I'm gonna guess that was the only customer that took the time to complain that day because you didn't smile even to a customer that clearly comes in there all the time, a smile and an apology and a thank you, and a please goes a long way with people. I would think someone working in the public would know that. ****just so yah know, those documents Ryan says hasn't been used for 15 years....just got some from UPS!!! Someone needs to learn more about UPS forms I guess!!! read more

This UPS store is most convenient for me, but I'm changing stores even if I have to drive a couple extra miles. The employees are rude here. I have noticed multiple times before and just overlooked because it's convenient. I have choices so I'll go elsewhere. You'll be okay if you come in, get your Amazon return scanned and leave. I go out of my way to go to THIS ups over ones that are closer. They are so kind and patient and helpful. Just today I saw them retrieve a folding chair for an elderly customer as they tried to figure out her shipping needs. Grateful to have found such a gem! read more

There is a tall guy with glasses that works the register there that needs a serious attitude check. Horrible customer service. I tried to make a return and he told me he would not return it because I did not have a box. My qr code told me no box necessary. So I drove to the next closest ups store and they did the return easy. it's not that difficult to just grab a bag and make the return like every other ups store. read more

This UPS location saved me when my printer was out of ink and my usual spot to print had no internet! First of all, I had no idea UPS offers printing but I'm glad I know now. The employees are friendly and with just a few pdfs saved to my phone they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. 10/10 would use them again. read more

Deserves 10 stars. Ryan at this location helped me ship 20 boxes! 20!! And did everything in his power to make it a seamless experience for me, he even provided me a discount that saved me $300. This is the best UPS store in town. They aren't overly friendly, but the are fast and devoid of attitude unlike other locations. If you need some tape and to put your label on, they are happy to assist. I've had other stores try to charge $2 for a piece of tape, refuse to help with the label, and fail to get up off their asses when working. You will find none of that nonsense at this business. The Johnson Drive, Plaza, and Brookside locations should be avoided at all costs. I don't waste my time nor money. read more

I needed to print a shipping label for the post office where I had already been with my 8 month old who was fussy. We printed the label and we're planning on making the trip back over to the usps but we were able to leave our package at this ups store and send it out with their mailman.
