Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent.
