I go to this location OFTEN for work. This is the closest location to my studio. So I can attest that they are CONSTANTLY messing up. I get it, they dont get paid well, its corporate. Okay cool if you mess up, fine i understand we are humans. This last time, I ordered all my paperworks for a work training & had to go out of town that night. I realized once I'm there I'm missing half of a document (40 pages total) after spending $100+ for people to always be messing up your order. My fault for not checking immediately but i had up to 300 pages worth of documents so yeah idk if theres 40 pages missing from a manual that I've never even seen myself. But must your employees make it so DIFFICULT for me to get what I need FROM THEIR MISTAKES? Im already wasting my time from them messing up but this manager told me i had to bring the physical copy even though thats not what she said on the phone. I honestly HATE it here. It only has one option and that's to start scanning completely over. On top of that, I was about to go over the pre authorized amount to my card and that stopped the job. I printed it and walked into FedEx. Rosa is awesome. She walked me over to the self service kiosk and showed me how to take care if it ( so next time i can if I'd prefer ). She then got me two receipts with tracking numbers. I prefer to go to a location to get a receipt versus a drop box. Several Years ago i wanted glossy pictures printed and they easily helped me out. There is usually street parking nearby.

I thought I had to buy a box to place them in being that the lids could easily pop open but no. Eric stated that they would wrap it up well with tape before sending it off. I saved about $30 bucks on just boxes I assumed I needed. With the check in offer : 10% off with Yelp check in my total was $170 saving almost $20 bucks with check in. Soo grateful for that. He's always been able to help and provide insight into increasing efficiency for my trips and reducing the time I spend in store. Sure, me knowing what's up makes it easier for his staff; but this is definitely not the same at every store. Locally, I used to do shipping at the Fairway and Prairie Village locations; but after needing some help and getting charged or shamed at these two locations, I will always hit up the Central store. It's so small, but their process just clears people out quick and happy. The GM is always there just cranking out business and helping folks out. Please have him train other locations.

The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!

I mainly go here to process packages for work, but also I like the personalities of the staff here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful ( need multiple receipts? just ask, nicely ). This is the distribution warehouse, so once the packages are dropped they are sorted and loaded into the trucks. This also means they don't provide retail services like printing and amazon returns stuff. ( NOTE April 2020: the staff is still working normally, but PLEASE follow the signs posted and keep a 6 feet distance within the receiving room, UPS staff are doing the best they can, the computers are stationary, so customers need to be aware and work around them as best you can. )
