My first time at the postal office recently moved and had to change my address. There were two…read morepeople at the counter, a lady on my right and a gentleman on the left. The lady seemed very sweet and was taking care of someone but the gentleman on the left was extremely rude to a customer and yelling in her face over mailing a slip of paper that she couldn't figure out how to do. He was being very aggressive turning red and even yanked the piece of paper from her.. I felt like I was on an episode of what would you do? The girl never once raised her voice and you could tell she was a pretty shy person who felt bad and even apologized multiple times for "being an inconvenience". The worker on my right and the person she was helping kept looking over and so did I. Everyone felt extremely uncomfortable. I don't know what his name was but somebody needs to talk to this grown man about his temper. I ended up checking on the girl after he helped me out and she seemed pretty sad. I'm gonna guess that was the only customer that took the time to complain that day because you didn't smile even to a customer that clearly comes in there all the time, a smile and an apology and a thank you, and a please goes a long way with people. I would think someone working in the public would know that. ****just so yah know, those documents Ryan says hasn't been used for 15 years....just got some from UPS!!! Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. Also - if you do the canva option to create on canva and have it printed at FedEx it's crazy fast. like less than one day. Such an amazing thing that helps me out all the time.

Thankfully i didn't need help from any of the employees at the counter - I used FedEx's Print and Go service to email my documents, get a code, and used the self-serve printer/copiers. They only had two, which made me feel bad for tying up one machine for an hour, but that's how long it took to print two 200-page documents in full color. The cost was rather ridiculous, but you pay for convenience, and the quality was good.
