Yes, I did get my passport in the end, but the so-called "online chat" is nonexistent, their "helpline" might as well be a black hole, and any "updates" come in the form of generic form letters with zero way to get clarification. Basically, you ship off your most sensitive documents and just hope they don't vanish into the ether. Comforting, right? The only saving grace was the FedEx clerk, who not-so-subtly hinted, "Yeah, we've heard complaints." That says it all. Take it from me: skip this "rush" service. The actual U.S. State Department is easier to deal with, they answer the phone (imagine that!), and even told me flat-out that next time I should just use the normal government site. Spoiler: it's not that hard. Bottom line--RushMyPassport isn't a shortcut, it's a money pit. Don't fall for it.

Mike was willing to come to the hospital after but knew it would be best to have this completed before her father went under any anesthesia. Surgery and post op care had many rocky moments and the POA paperwork was definitely a necessity on this hospitalization. unfortunately her Dad passed on 10 days post op. Through this Mike followed up to see how her Dad had been recovering and showed genuine concern about his well being when he heard of his passing. For the first 3 years, I never had the opportunity to use it because my career was very demanding. Even with the best intentions it wasn't until my 4th year being a member that I actually was able to take advantage of the membership. That's what my fiancé and I found so attractive about it; if we couldn't use it one year we didn't have to pay for it. That's a huge plus and the main reason we never bought into timeshare. We liked the condo resorts type stays just didn't like the maintenance fee attached to it. Anyways our first vacation with Global was Mayan Palace Christmas of 2015 we got a 2 bedroom Christmas week. There were 4 of us and looking back at it now, it was my most memorable time with my family. Resort was beautiful, service was exceptional right on the beach. If you ever have the chance I highly recommend Cancun. I'm sharing this because unbeknown to us that was the last vacation my sister would ever share with my fiancé and I. She passed the following year from Breast Cancer. So I will always hold those memories close and Thank you Global for making it possible. I try to make it out to Cancun every year around the same time in her memory and having global makes it much easier.
