The company Huckberry gave me the return scan on my phone. I had placed the coat in the original packaging and was told by the shipping company it would be repacked. I asked this person to please make sure it was repacked per the senders instructions. He gave me an eyeroll and said I will take care of it. He proceeded to slap the label on it and throw it in a basket. I asked him if he planned on repacking it and again with attitude he said Ill take care of it. When I said, well you just put a label on the old package he raised his voice and said I told you already Ill take care of it, then laughed in my face. I filed a complaint with corporate, but this isnt the first time Ive been met with rude poor customer service at this store. I wont be back. Ill also be closing out my personal UPS account and going with a different shipper. Not once did this guy simply say Yes it will be repackaged, thats all that I was looking to hear.

The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off.
