Also, they don't consistently wear any sort of "uniform" or other company shirts or name tags, so you're left wondering who's who, which can be disconcerting when you're dropping off valuable shipping.

Sometimes, the professionalism is lacking in a couple different ways; namely, the way the employees speak to each other in front of customers, and also the way they speak directly to customers at times. A little too much "back office" talk in the front office, if you catch my drift. My other qualm is that you fairly frequently have a UPS truck blocking the front entry to the store, which again, seems less-than-professional. The driver tends to be in and out of the front of the store, blocking the entry and customer waiting area. But, again, most of the time, it's quick in, quick out, good to go.

I politely told them woman at the counter they should take the sign down, she said, and rudely, "it's says in small print not available at every location." I commented that she may need to work on her customer service." She responded, "you need to get out of MY store now". I would not recommend you do business with this store. I don't know if she owns this store or is the owner, but if she is not, her supervisor or owner should take a strong look who of who is representing them.
