Mike was willing to come to the hospital after but knew it would be best to have this completed before her father went under any anesthesia. Surgery and post op care had many rocky moments and the POA paperwork was definitely a necessity on this hospitalization. unfortunately her Dad passed on 10 days post op. Through this Mike followed up to see how her Dad had been recovering and showed genuine concern about his well being when he heard of his passing. The only thing I don't like is that if you take in a package that you have insured for a high dollar amount they make you unpack it and repack it in front of them so they can guantee that it is packaged properly.

Also, they don't consistently wear any sort of "uniform" or other company shirts or name tags, so you're left wondering who's who, which can be disconcerting when you're dropping off valuable shipping.

Sometimes, the professionalism is lacking in a couple different ways; namely, the way the employees speak to each other in front of customers, and also the way they speak directly to customers at times. A little too much "back office" talk in the front office, if you catch my drift. My other qualm is that you fairly frequently have a UPS truck blocking the front entry to the store, which again, seems less-than-professional. The driver tends to be in and out of the front of the store, blocking the entry and customer waiting area. But, again, most of the time, it's quick in, quick out, good to go.

The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!
